CHAPTER 266
Having what she needed, Andromeda proceeded to inform Liu Xueyi about it. All she needed was for the lawyer of Liu Corporation to handle some of the matters for her.
Landing a small knock on the door, Andromeda waited for some seconds and when she did not get his usual answer, she gave another knock before turning on the doorknob and walking in.
The moment she arrived in his office, she met him going through a pile of work on his table and smiled.
When it came to being serious with work, he excelled at it but even that did not mean he could not have fun at will.
"Hey, handsome," Andromeda called out and dropped the file in her hands on his desk.
Keeping his head lowered, a small smirk formed on his lips before turning his attention back to what he was doing.
"Oh," Andromeda trailed off as she arched a brow at him. "Ignoring me huh?"
Still, he refused to answer her and flipped to the next page of what he was reading.
Sensing the game he was playing, Andromeda crossed her hands in front of her chest, allowing her gaze to wash over him.
He seemed serious and into what he was doing. However, she felt terrible he ignored her.
A simple word like he was busy or something would have been okay and she would let him be.
But here he was playing focused.
'Fine. Since my presence is not enough to sway you, I wonder what you would say when I show you something soft.' Andromeda plotted inwardly.
Letting both hands drop at her side, she whistled as she stylishly walked over to the side, trailing her fingers on his work desk while she made her way over to where he sat.
Each step taken in his direction was precise, slow and taunting. Needless to say, her earlier thoughts of wanting to work went down the drain and she came with her full seductive glow.
Stopping right at his side, she placed a hand on her right waist and leaned on the desk with her left hand acting as support.
Slowly, she lowered her upper body so her face and body blocked his view and what he was doing.
"Hey handsome," she called out in a sultrier voice. "Miss me?"

Step by step, slowly, all she did to tempt him, yet Liu Xueyi made no effort to take her.
At this point, Andromeda was becoming frustrated but continued in her quest.
Without uttering another word, she stuck her tongue out and poked the centre of his lips, before pressing her lips firmly on his.
Once more she was met with indifference. And the one thing she did not think he would ever refuse from her, happened.
He kept his lips tightly shut, not even granting her a single entrance into his warm cave.
By the time she opened her eyes and gazed into his, Andromeda was shocked to see that deadpan coldness etched deep in his eyes.
Nothing showed in all the desires she expected to swerve in his them.
Blinking back her confusion, she pulled back a bit, letting her disappointment wash over her face as she studied his.
"Xueyi, w-what," she swallowed hard. At this point, she was not sure if asking that was right.
But when she thought about how he had ignored her up till now, she could not help but prick herself that perhaps she may have hurt him somehow and he was not happy.
Immediately, several thoughts of what may have caused his current state ran through her mind as she processed the information one after the other.
Was it that night with the lingerie? She had given in to all of his desires, made love to him in positions she did not even picture before and did things she had never done, all for him.
The next day was even more pleasant. They visited Xu Fang for lunch, went out to play tennis and came home to have fun.
Nothing about the weekend was bad but why was he so gloomy and out of it?

And that was one thing she could not be happy about nor fake.
