CHAPTER 255 – Saved
Seated on one of the chairs in the big mall, Liu Xueyi leisurely crossed his right leg over the left and playfully let it dangle as he watched the scene shot before him.
He had not expected that after spending almost a full day with Direction Chai Jin-Ho, he would be kidnapped for another shoot on Saturday.
Honestly, all he wanted was to remain at home with his darling girlfriend and have a good time.
He wanted for them to go swimming, have a bit of Netflix and chill.
Order enough roasted chicken, get some popcorn, ice cream, or wine of any kind, while they relaxed at home in nothing but skimpy clothes to set the mood.
For years he had not had the pleasure of being with a girlfriend after his last break-up.
And although there were many girls who readily wanted to be with him or even settle for a one-night stand, he just couldn't bring himself to do it.
First, Mrs Liu. was bothered by it, but subsequently, she resigned herself to whatever he wanted to do, considering he chose to bury himself in work instead.
She knew, just like every other guy, there would come that time when you wish to settle down.
And knowing how loving her son could be, she knew it was a matter of time.
This was also the reason why she geared on for Gao Yuemi when the latter returned from the states.
If anyone saw this famous actor now, they would think he was leisurely playing away and having fun while watching the other actors.
However, that wasn't even close to it.
Although present, Liu Xueyi's mind kept on travelling far to his time with Andromeda.
And more than ever he wished to be by her side. He couldn't help but wonder what she was going to do today in his absence.
He hated leaving her all alone and making her sad.
Thinking back, all she could do was draw or go for a racing time. Just the sheer thought of it and the possibility that she may have been with Xie Tian had his emotions riling up.
This was why he kept on dangling his feet as his thoughts went on.

Without a moment to waste, he dipped his hand into his trouser pocket and took out his phone.
At once his eyes landed on the text message from you know who.
Although he heard the sound of the notification, his heart began to race in his chest. This was because a huge part of him had wished it was Andromeda.
He had hoped she would call or text but she didn't and now he got this.
Letting out a low sigh, he closed his phone screen and was about to keep his phone in his pocket when realization dawned on him.
He was bored anyways and it wasn't known of Jian Xiaofei to chat with him on a weekend. Sensing something was up, he took it back and unlocked his phone.
'Sir, Miss Andromeda is in trouble. She is bullied. Rosa Shannel's Beautifiers on Glamorous Sirens floor. Come quick.'
His eyes went round and wide upon reading that text and immediately his hands went straight to Google Map to search out the location of the place.
No sooner had he done that than he lifted his head and turned to the side.
"Next door. What are the odds?" He muttered to himself.
Quickly he snapped his head up and glanced around swiftly for any suitable person.
"Ah, she would do."
Locking his phone's screen, Liu Xueyi placed it in his pocket and took long strides over to where a young girl stood as she observed the shooting scene.
"You are free, come with me to buy something."
Before she could answer, he was already walking ahead and away from the shooting site.
"Aye. Director, I would be a minute," she informed whoever had bothered to listen and rushed off after him.

Several gasps resonated in the vicinity as everyone stopped in their tracks and set their gaze on the scene.
For some seconds, Andromeda stared unblinking while she relaxed fully in the arms of her saviour.
From the point she was at, his face and head seemed turned upside down but at that moment all of her earlier fears of hitting the ground disappeared.
A few seconds seemed to pass as everyone paused, watching to see what would happen next.
Even though Andromeda couldn't tell who it was that had saved her, she felt a certain sense of familiarity and warmth emanating from this person.
At the same time, the security guard rushed to the scene but he too stopped in his tracks, seeing what had happened.
By now, both Jian Xiaoli and Liu Xiao Xin had let Gao Yuemi go as everyone's attention centred on the duo.
After what seemed to be like forever, the muscular figure helped her to her feet.
Quickly Andromeda fixed her clothes before turning to her side to see who it was that had saved her from such a disgraceful fall.
Whoever it was though, she was sure as hell he was going to get the thanks of a lifetime and Gao Yuemi was going to suffer in her hands, whether now or later.
Lifting her eyes, Andromeda's gaze settled on the stomach of the person who had saved her before slowly bringing it up to his face.
Each step of the way, she felt her heart beating wildly against her chest as it tightened with every breath she took.
This wasn't what she was used to. No. But somehow, she could not help but feel a sense of familiarity as flashes of images ran through her eyes.
Finally, she let her eyes settle on the unique face of the one who saved her and at the same moment, her jaw fell.
The very name she thought she would not hear before her, if all went well, echoed all around.
"Ye Yuan!"
Badum! Badum!
The fast-thudding sound of her heartbeat against her eardrum made it hard for her to reason further as the aura of the divinely handsome male before her, exuding a bit of dominance and authority, while flashing the vibe of a star, seeped out without control.
It all felt like a snap of the fingers and the next thing Andromeda knew, several sighs and gasps were thrown carelessly around.
Girls, ladies and even women alike all fawned over his personality.
"Oh my God! That is..."
"She was caught by Ye Yuan!"
"My idol is here."
"I cannot believe this."
"Boy is she lucky right now."
"I wish I was in her place. God, I would faint. I think I want to faint."

Andromeda felt her feet could give way at any second.
It was one thing being in the presence of the man whom people had likened to the person you had a fling with.
It was already choking as it was. And when you hope for things to go well, disaster strikes.
