CHAPTER 248
Accepting and keeping silent about the matter that had occurred the previous week wasn't something Sun Yichen was particularly happy about.
For one, he was angry at the fact that he let his guard down and let Liu Xueyi get one over him.
He had been playing it cool ever since he noticed his interest in Andromeda and although he wanted to ignore her, he couldn't bring himself to do so.
This was because the more he kept a trail on her, the more he found so many fascinating things about her.
She wasn't like a normal girl and with every difficulty she faced, she came out strong.
At this point, he wasn't sure what to do to get her from Liu Xueyi and if that was impossible, then perhaps he would revert back to his mother's plan.
The question now was, could he?
Could he bring himself to hurt the one he seemed worthy of his love, his time and kiss?
Tsk.
Just recalling the intense feeling of pain coursing through his brain as the unexpected fist landed on his face made him wince.
He reached up gently and caressed the once injured nose as he took a deep breath.
'With the way and manner in which that punch landed on me and the force behind it, I should be thankful she stopped him. Who knows if I could take in such deep breaths like I am doing currently?'
He breathed out and shifted his gaze to his laptop screen. Recent pictures taken of Andromeda were displayed on the screen.
"Hmm... Andromeda Kai, the more you stand for him and by him, the more you make me want to have you. I seem sick, yes. But I think I am going crazy. I am jealous he gets to have you and I don't."
Slowly he let his hand pull the laptop down and he placed a hand on the desk in front of him.
"Andromeda, tell me what do you want me to really do? Should I kidnap you or make you hate Liu Xueyi?"
Whether or not he did either one he was sure Andromeda would not readily give into loving him. Especially after what his dumb skull of a brother did to her and humiliated her
'Hmm, perhaps that is why she is indifferent to me, right? Or better still, I think I should get in her good graces and by doing so, make her owe me one.'
His lips tugged upwards revealing an all-knowing smirk as a dark glint flashed in those lovely eyes of his.
He was the handsome king of the Sun family and independently good.
However, with what Liu Xueyi did to him, a darker side of Sun Yichen began to surface.
Sadly, neither Andromeda nor anyone was aware and with the way his eyes glistened, it seemed as though there was no going back
He was usually calm and collected and got what he wanted. But in situations like this where what he wanted was out of reach, he delved into the other side of him to ensure he got it.
"Fine. There are two options you have Andromeda Kai, be mine willingly or simply, watch as I crumble your loved ones or charm you beyond measures and make you be in my debt?"
Whichever one his fingers played at; he was sure he had a winning chance.
His eyes shone with brilliance as the ambience around him changed. A deadly aura was instantly emitted and all of his charming expressions dropped, leaving him with nothing but a deathly glare in his eyes.
"I would get you and that is final."

Unknown to Andromeda, plans were being made on her behalf even when she had no intention of asking them for such kinds of help.
Ever since moving to the city and being on her own, she barely mixed with so many people as most of her friends were work-related.
And being an indoor person, she kept all friendships at that point.
To her, when she was in love, she would rather have to spend more time with that person than spend it out with friends.
Due to this personality, she hung around Wu Bai and when he wasn't chanced which was almost never, she kept to herself and did her drawing.
All this while she had the mindset of being loved by him and the fact that he was truly a genius boyfriend.
If only she had known that while he was supposedly busy with work, he was busy banging the life out of his top designer.
She may not have had sex with him since and insisted on waiting till their wedding night, however, he also did not show any interest and acted as the pure king.
Who knew he got what he truly desired elsewhere and so much?
Her eyes clamped shut as she lay on her sofa in the living room while she watched the latest news out there.
Suddenly an ad caught her attention just when she picked up the TV remote to change stations.
As if on cue, her lips pulled back to reveal a half smile as ideas rushed into her mind.
If there was any female, she had been close to all this while, it was Peng Xiaoli and Jian Xiaofei.
To her, both of them were like the sisters she never had and she cherished their friendship.
Aside from the fact that they exhibited a working relationship, she truly wished to spend more time and get to know them.
So, when she caught sight of the flash sale advert on the television on lingerie alongside new female perfumes and cosmetics, she thought it would be a good chance to hang out while changing her routine.
Quickly, Andromeda picked up her phone and dialled on Peng Xiaoli's contact first.
"Hello, Xiaoli, afternoon. How are you?"
"Miss Kai, good afternoon," she greeted her politely.
"Afternoon. We are not at work, Xiaoli, call me Andromeda."
"Sure ma... Sorry," she quickly apologized and changed her words. "Sure, Andromeda."
"Better. Anyways, I was thinking, if you are not busy today, do you mind hanging out, or going shopping with me?"
"Aww, that's great. Sure, I am just resting today. Going out seems fun."
"Perfect. I would put a call through to Xiaofei and ask if she would love too as well."
"Alright. Let me know what time and shop then."
"Aye. I would pick you girls up."
"No worries. Once it's all confirmed, you can head there. We would meet you up to save time."
"Alright. If you say so."
