Liu Xueyi's gaze remained glued on Andromeda as he took in her expression, properly accessing her thoughts through them.
After some seconds, he nodded his head a bit, in silent agreement.
"I do not know but you and I have our guesses. This is why I would hire him. Keep your friends close and your enemies closer," he reminded her.
"I say the same thing, Mr Liu. It looks like you and I share similar thoughts."
She beamed a charming smile at him. Something about the way and manner she smiled told Liu Xueyi he may be in for a different ball game.
Unknown to him, Andromeda properly accessed her situation and now that they were alone, perhaps she would have a chance to play her mind game on him.
"Mr. Liu?" Liu Xueyi raised his brows at her, silently questioning her and reminding her still that they were alone.
Rather than getting his message, she chose a different meaning to the crease on his forehead and leaned in while lifting her brows in a playful manner.
"Or don't you like me calling you that, Mr Liu?"
Her eyes held a hint of mischief in them and he knew if he did not do anything, then maybe she may succeed in getting his hormones working.
Just having her act silly and cute at the same time while putting on the air of dominance with a hint of slyness, all that was alone to make him capture her lips and claim them.
"Mr. Liu, I await your answer," she blinked a smile at him once more, this time Andromeda reached for his tie, pulling it towards herself.
"Miss Kai…" His deep baritone voice trailed off, holding her gaze expectantly.
"Ah, I see you love the name calling, Mr Liu."
Liu Xueyi swallowed a bit too hard than what his initial intentions were, proving to her that her charm was working.
"Andromeda Kai."
"No, no, tsk," Andromeda tsked at him as she shook her head a little bit and drew her face closer to his.
"Mr Liu, you know the right name to use," she beseeched him.
"Miss Kai?"
She shook her head again, denying it with ease but the flicker of flames burning in her blue eyes made him guess what she wanted.
At the same time, Andromeda parted her lips to speak, helping him out, "Call me, Andy."
She clicked her tongue before bringing it out slowly and licking her bottom lip sexily.
"You are playing with fire, Andy. Be careful," Liu Xueyi warned, fighting hard to keep his restraints on.
"Oh, Mr. Liu… You never noticed I love playing with fire. I love…" she brought her body and face closer till her lips were but an air's breath from his ear. "D.A.N.G.E.R."
To Andromeda's surprise, he wrapped a hand around her waist and pulled her body to his.
A small yelp fell off her lips instantly but Andromeda masked it off with a smile as she got comfortable on his lap.
"Mr Liu. It looks like you also love danger," Andromeda hinted with a sly playful tone.
"Sure." His hold around her waist tightened even more, but he respected her enough not to go further.
However, how long it was going to last, Liu Xueyi was not sure.
For all he knew, he could snap at any moment and want her, especially with the way she moved her lower body in search of comfort.
Gosh, she was making his mind run a mile in a sec, just thinking crazy things.
"Tell me," Andromeda began in a calm tone. "What…" Andromeda paused as she trailed her fingers from his forehead down to his lips while keeping a firm gaze on his eyes.
"What happened between us that night, Xueyi?"
"I told you before I…"
"Shh…" Andromeda immediately hushed him, preventing Liu Xueyi from airing his mind, "tell me. I wanna know and who knows…"
She allowed her finger to fall down to his chest through his suit while holding his gaze in a sexier manner.
"Would you tell me, please? I wish to know because I do not recall anything," Andromeda pleaded using the best soft voice she could muster while pouting her lips cutely.
"Then it is better if you do not know, Andy. Somethings are better left unsaid."
"No," Andromeda stated sharply. "I want to know and I must."
"Why are you choosing to hurt yourself this way?"
"It is not hurting for wanting to know."
"But that was a painful day and a bad experience for you. You deserve better than what you try to do to yourself, Andy."
"Stop telling me that. I deserve to know. Or was I that bad that you failed to share it with me?"
"Stop that, Andy. You shouldn't discredit yourself like that."
"Then tell me, already!" Liu Xueyi watched as the crease on her brows grew and the smile she once wore disappeared as her lips tugged downwards.
She was so hurt that he chose to keep her in the dark as the best thing to do while protecting her as though she was a porcelain doll.
"I have the right to know you know," Andromeda whined, placing both hands on either side of his shoulders.
"Yes, you do."
"Then spill," she probed once more, shaking his shoulders a bit.
Rather than feeling annoyed by her request, a smirk danced along the corners of his lips, reaching his eyes as a naughty thought came to his mind.
Without saying a word, he tightened his hold on her waist and leaned in close, letting his warm breath tickle her skin.
Andromeda who was not expecting him to change from caringly cute CEO to dangerously sexy CEO was stunned by his actions.
Taking it further, he brought his lips close to her ear, mimicking all of her previous moves.
"However, if you want to know, I am open to helping you jug your memory by giving you more than a taste of what you had that day."
'Xueyi you are…"
"Shh…" he hushed her, letting his hand snake from her waist up to her arm before bringing it forward.
He came to a stop just a few inches from her breast and sent his piercing gaze to hers.
"You were saying? We can start now… I would make sure to ravage you well."
"Xueyi…"
"Yes. You want to know right…" As his voice trailed, so did his hand, finally coming to a rest on her breast.
Instantly, Andromeda jolted up but his firm hold around her waist prevented her from escaping his grasp.
"Xueyi," she called out in a low voice but did not bother slapping his hand away from her body.
"What? I thought you wished to know and use me, then you can price my time as you once did."
With her eyes widening in shock, Andromeda exclaimed in disbelief, "What?"
"Yes. Although I wonder, how much would you price my services today? $5, $50. No. No. You are actually too rich to be giving that. How about $5000? I bet you can afford it."
She narrowed her eyes at him in disbelief. If anyone wanted the definition of shameless, then Liu Xueyi was the perfect example.
"Xueyi!"
"Ma?"
"You are shameless. You want to extort me?"
"In the business world, nothing goes for nothing. Since you wish to use me, the CEO of Liu Corporation, to jog your memory, then do not blame me for being ruthless with my charging."
Her eyes remained on him as her lips parted with no words coming out.
"Oh, and I have only just begun. You know how it is done with bidding right?" He prompted her.
"Highest bidder gets it," his lips turned upwards in a triumphant side smile as he watched her contemplate her next words.
However, what he never expected was the sharp tongue she would use on him.
"Since that is what you need, then I would happily auction you to all your adorable plans on the internet. Ah! It would be a good way to make money, also you would have to tell her the truth to the question I ask."

A light slap followed those words the second they left his mouth and she stood up forcefully.
