Shocked, Andromeda quickly rose to her feet with a full blush. She could not believe he would not pass on any opportunity to his true naughty self.
Instead of feeling a bit shy by the words that just fell off his lips, Liu Xueyi gazed up at her with a sexy look in his eyes, that told of how much he wished to devour her.
At this rate, Andromeda knew if she kept staring at him, she would grow weak. Gulping visibly Andromeda squinted at him as she muttered under her breath, "Shameless."
His cheeks puffed up, letting out a soft chuckle at her words but before he got the chance to make any more sex comments, Andromeda took that opportunity to escape.
She did not wait for a second before turning around and storming off, leaving him alone in the conference room.
All of her actions were premeditated by Liu Xueyi who more than anything knew she would not be able to take his word and leave.
At the very least he was safe from her for now.
The next time she would come and attack him or anything, he was sure he would be prepared for it all. It was going to be a case of push and pull.
Not until he was sure where her heart lies. He had been in a hurry to evade her question that day that he forgot the most important discussion which was to confess his feelings.
Regardless, Liu Xueyi was sure she caught on to it. However, he wondered why she did not discuss such first and instead she was trying to seduce the answer out of him.
'Girls… Women! They can be your saving grace and your doom. How can one species just be good and bad at the same time? They are too much to handle.' Liu Xueyi pondered in his mind.

For the remainder of that day, Andromeda tried her best to avoid anything that would take her to see Liu Xueyi. There was a time when she needed to discuss something with him.
Rather than give him the opportunity for that, she sent Jian Xiaofei instead to see him on her behalf.
And by the end of that day, she felt more satisfied than before.
She knew with the secret revealed, it could only mean they would have a better chance at dating but she did not want to be forward with things.
She felt shy pushing forward so much. Left to Andromeda, Liu Xueyi should have gotten the hint by now. And giving she was not mad at him for hiding the truth, he should have known her stand.
However, even though she did all these, her naughty CEO was slow in making his decision.
It was both infuriating and confusing for Andromeda who did not know what to do.
Back then she told Gu Jun everything about her love life but ever since she became close to Liu Xueyi she had barely told him anything.
By the time she got home that day, she picked up her phone and put a call through to Gu Jun.
'Perhaps talking with a fellow male would help me understand Xueyi better.' Andromeda concluded in her head as she dialed out his number.
She waited for a few seconds before the call connected. "Hello, Gu Jun, how are you?"
"Andy. I am fine. And you?"
"Umm, okay. Let's see, are you free by any chance?"
"Um depends. Do you want to see me or do you just want to talk over the phone?"
Andromeda had to wait and consider her options properly before answering.
She would not deny that speaking to him face to face was always more interesting and it seemed like there was a connection, but being the goody two shoes she was, she hated stressing him.
"Andromeda, if you want to see me so we talk, then no worries. I would come over at night. I have some work to finish now, so I wouldn't be able to leave."
"You sure?"
"Yeah. Yeah."
"I see." For the next few seconds, he did not speak. He was trying to understand her better.
From their few years of being friends, he knew she prioritized communication and that it was better for her when she saw the person.
"No worries. I have not seen you in a while. I need to check up on you and ensure that your CEO has been treating you well. I would bring work to your place if you do not mind."
"Are you sure? Now you are the one wanting to go a long way for me, Jun."
"I am sure. No worries. Just make me something nice to eat, please. It would help. I haven't eaten a home-cooked meal in a while now."
"Take outs like seriously?"
"Yeah. The life of a busy bachelor. I need a chef, a cook or a girlfriend."
"You need rest! Fine. Come on over, let me take care of you for a bit."
"Sure."
By the time she ended the call, she felt a bit of relief washing over her.
It was quite easy to have her worries taken care of just by talking with Gu Jun.
Now all she needed to do was do her part and wait to listen to his advice.

Andromeda remained seated on her seat while her fingers typed on her laptop as she browsed the internet for some research she was currently doing.
The previous night had been a bit too much for her that as she spent a good number thinking back to her conversation with Gu Jun and carefully assessing how she had been with Liu Xueyi.
She did not hide the fact that she was in love with Liu Xueyi and thankfully for Gu Jun, she became sure Liu Xueyi had feelings for her.
As to whether those feelings had developed into love, she wasn't so sure. This was left for her to find out herself.
Now, the problem was how to go about it.
Just as she got busy, she felt a buzz on her table, jolting her body a bit in shock as her gaze flew straight at the telephone on her table.
"Seriously?"
