CHAPTER 181
By the time he was done, Liu Xueyi went back into his room to watch over Andromeda while she slept soundly like a newborn babe without any worry in the world.
Before long, he too felt sleepy and brought the chair in his room forward, close to the bed to sit.
Minutes later, Liu Xueyi was fast asleep, joining Andromeda in her dreamland.
By the time either of them woke up, it was already evening. Andromeda was the first to get up. Letting out a tired yawn as she stretched her hands up.
Slowly her eyes took on her surroundings as her brain processed the place, she was in.
She did not take time in figuring out where she was or whose house, she was currently in seeing as one young man fell fast asleep close to her on his chair with both arms crossed in front of his chest.
At first, she was shocked by the sight as she was not expecting him to be there, but when she saw her vulnerable and charming he looked in his sleep, she felt her heartbeat increase exponentially.
At this same time, her memories reminded her of her bitter-sweet moment and their quarrel that lead her to have chaffed skin which made her collapse.
'Collapse, wait, I heard him call my name. Then that means Liu Xueyi came back for me?'
Her lips pulled back revealing a tight-lipped smile. 'He came back for me. Was he sorry or did he realize my bag was with him instead?'
As much as she wished to give a specified answer to what happened, she could not deny the fact that doing so would only put more strain on her brain and that wasn't what mattered most at this point.
The fact that he not only saved her but also took her home and is watching over her while she slept, even changing her clothes…
Andromeda's eyes widened upon realization.
Wasting no time, she snapped her head down to check the clothes she was putting on. To her surprise, she was no longer wearing her dress but was properly clothed in a tennis T-shirt and shorts.
She whipped her head back up, fixing her glare on the obvious culprit. She did not want to even begin to think.
She had been unconscious briefly but that did not mean she was out the entire time.
There was no way he could lie that his family's attendant changed her.
She recalled him taking her gown off in the heat of the moment before fetching her a change of clothes.
Subconsciously, she wrapped her hands around her breast in a protective manner while keeping her gaze locked on the innocent face of the not-so-innocent CEO seated before her.
'Naughty Liu Xueyi. I shall let this slide because you… Sigh, you saved me. So, I won't get mad at you.'
Her lips pulled back again, this time, revealing a bit of tooth as lowered her head and lifted the collar of the t-shirt to her nose.
She inhaled deeply, taking in his scent and allowing them to assault her nostrils.
'Nice.' Andromeda commented in her mind and giggled softly.
Her tongue pushed out a bit as she tilted her head from side to side in a playful manner.
Within a matter of seconds, she forgot all about her anger towards him and instead hugged his shirt close to her body.
After a few minutes of playing and acting like a spoilt child, she inhaled his scent once more, tilting her head back a bit as her eyelashes pulled close.
"Awwn!"
She forgot about the light sleeper seated close to her and reeled in her dream from the past, thinking about the times he had kissed her deeply, trailed his soft kisses on her skin and even breast.
Soon enough her body began to heat up as a blush crept over her skin.
"I am glad to see you love my scent."

Her eyes popped wide pen when she heard his baritone voice call out from his direction.
Immediately Andromeda stilled, counting the stars in her mind and hoping the ground would open up and swallow her.
Due to how lost she had been, she failed to notice when he woke up. Several thoughts reigned in her mind as to the time frame and how much of her childish, girly act he had seen.
"Umm, I was not…"
She did not get the opportunity to deny his words when he cut her short with the truth.
"Now if you are bothered about whether or not I caught you sniffing my shirt and hugging it to yourself or the fact that you looked like you were daydreaming about me, then do not be. I saw it all."
"Umm… I am tired. I should get back to sleep," Andromeda stated, lowering her head.
"Lies."
She did not wait for him to force the truth out of her lips as she fell right back into bed, covering her head with the duvet.
Chuckling lightly, Liu Xueyi dove for his bed, climbing into it till he had her locked between his arms. "Going somewhere?"
"I am sleepy," Andromeda lied, pulling up the covers over her head some more.
"Lies." His fingers latched onto the duvet and yanked it from her small hands, exposing her upper body to his eyes.
Quickly she shut her eyes tight, hoping if she did this, he would leave her alone. Sadly, it prompted the mischief in Liu Xueyi to come out.
A slow smile worked his way across his face and into his eyes, as a glint of mischief flashed in those dark onyx eyes of his.
Moving closer, he let his weight crush on her, forcing Andromeda to turn her head to look at him, in hopes of complaining.
At the same time, he brought his lips close and pressed them against her forehead in a calm motion.
Her words were immediately swallowed by his undemanding and sweet action.
She blinked, taking deep breaths as she waited for him to pull away.
To her surprise, a smile of joy and satisfaction that made hearts melt lit up his face once more.
"I am sorry, Andy. So sorry for my attitude during these two days."
