CHAPTER 152
All through that day, Liu Xueyi did his best to avoid taking her lips at will and focused on just being normal.
Although it was hard for him to suppress his desires, he did not want to embarrass her or take advantage of her willingness to kiss him and behaved.
For the most part, they spent time eating as he had told her, playing games and watching films.
The best part of her day was when he offered for them to take a swim in his private pool.
She was shocked at first, considering she did not bring any swimwear. However, Liu Xueyi who had secretly made plans for how he wanted the day to go, ordered a set of swimwear for her in advance.
When he led her to the room in which they were displayed, Andromeda found it hard to contain her surprise at his thoughtfulness.
Howbeit, her shock soon died down when she realized something.
From the look of the swimwear present, she could tell they were her size give or take and if that was possible, how then did he know her size?
"Umm, why do you hesitate, Andy?" She heard his sepulchral voice question from behind her.
"Umm… I was just wondering."
"What?" Liu Xueyi interjected quickly.
At this point, he did not want any situation where in she would refuse him. He really hoped this would be like a mini vacation where he could treat her right.
"If they are not to your taste, we can place an order again and they would arrive in a maximum of thirty minutes with a different set for you."
She was left speechless by his consideration. There was no way she could make him do that when she wasn't even complaining in the first place.
"Xueyi," Andromeda fondly called out, flickering her gaze over to his handsome face. "There is no need. I am just overwhelmed that you would get my exact size. That's all."
"Your exact size…" His voice trailed off, recalling his earlier troubles in getting them.
He had to ask Jian Xiaofei for her measurement from the company and from there, he noted her bust size and then requested it from the shop when he went to get them himself.
As much as he could have ordered it, he wanted to pick them out personally, knowing fully well that once he saw them, he would be able to tell those that would fit her properly.
After all, he did get an opportunity to feel her breast enough that night and the memory of them in his big hands while he kneaded her breast, was one he could never forget.
"Xueyi?"
"Huh?" His eyelashes blinked in confusion as he was deep in thoughts a few minutes ago.
But when his gaze locked on those pert sweet lips of hers, and the smile that decorated them, he could not help but return her charming smile with one of his, making her heart flutter beyond control.
Andromeda peeled her gaze away from him and cleared her throat.
"Thank you, Xueyi. If you would excuse me, I would like to take a bath and get changed."
"As you wish. There is no rush. I would do the same."
"Alright."
It took them a few minutes before setting out for the pool after changing into their outfits. She wore a dark blue halter neck bra and skirt swimsuit, with matching white flowery designs on them.
Surprisingly, she was not alone when it came to her choice of colour seeing as Liu Xueyi wore a dark blue knee-high swimsuit.
Sadly, the ones she picked accentuated all of her curves, leaving his hormones raging in most port.
He had to do his best to not take in the fact that her full cleavage was up for him to see.
And to ensure his thoughts were clear and not lewd in order to avoid another embarrassing hard-on.
For the rest of the afternoon, they played, raced, splashed the water and talked about anything fun.
It wasn't until they had a game of whom could hold their breath longer in water that he took things to a different turn, scaring the life out of Andromeda.
She had managed to hold her breath in for 35 seconds and came up for air but was surprised that Liu Xueyi still did not come out.
Instead, she saw him going down in the water and her heart flew into her mouth.
In shock, Andromeda took in some air and dove back in rushing to meet him.
The second her hands touched him, pulling him towards her as she shook him a bit, his eyes flew open, scaring the living daylight out of her.
Her lips parted briefly before she realized she was underwater and she clammed them shut instantly.
Smiling at her, he pulled her by the waist, bringing her into his embrace as he took hold of her distracted and angry mind to kiss her.
So much had happened and she could least believe he did that, quickly, she sent whatever air she could into his mouth and pulled up, taking him with her.
Liu Xueyi did not need a second telling that he was going to get the scolding of a lifetime from her once they caught their breath outside of the water and she did exactly that.
"What is wrong with you, Xueyi?! How could you scare me like that? Do you know how my heart flew when I thought you…? I-I…"
She kept silent. So much she wanted to say but she could not bear to speak anymore as her chest heaved up and down with great effort.
To make matters worse, he wore a serious expression but his eyes told her a different thing.
He was happy and she did not know why but deep down, she felt he admired her care for his life.
Unfortunately for Andromeda, she felt her rage begin to dissipate with just one look into those eyes of his and she hated it.
Hated how he got to her easily. Hated how he made her lose all just for him.
She needed to prove she was angry and luckily he gave her the opportunity by apologizing.
"I'm sorry, Andy."
"No. Sorry is not good enough, Xueyi!" She began, like a Lion woken from its slumber. "I was scared shit. How could you do that to me? We were going to play a game and…"
"I am an excellent swimmer love," he cut her short quickly to explain. "Do you think I would lose my breath and die just after 40 seconds in the water?"
She opened her mouth to counter his words but when she replayed them in her mind, her scolding got stuck in her throat.
She had seen before in his house, the several medallions he won from swimming. And now, she could not help but think, she had overthought just now and it got the better of her.
But still, she was being cautious. Shouldn't that count as normal?
Sensing her distractive thoughts at play for her silence, Liu Xueyi closed the gap between them and lifted her face with his hands.
She didn't have time to process how he got there or what he was doing peering into her eyes with those sexy ones of his when his lips once more pressed firmly on hers, stealing a sweet calm kiss from her.
