Ethan decided not to pursue that matter any further… while he didn't understand the complete meaning behind her words and he was curious about it, it was better to forget about it. Besides, Ethan could see the frontline of the main group already facing the monsters. All the melee warriors used their best skills to enhance their abilities… at the same time, Ethan saw a massive rain of ice arrows falling around the main group.

Alvin furrowed his eyebrows when he saw that. One didn't have to be a genius to see that Isaac was the one who was firing all that, and it was quite something considering that dozens of them were falling around the group.

At that point in time, the attack group started to slow down… they somehow managed to destroy the third army. Still, it couldn't be helped that they were starting to feel fired… they didn't have time to use potions, after all. Their stamina and mana were low, even though they didn't suffer much damage.

When he noticed that, Alvin clicked his tongue and wondered what he could do… retreating to recover their energy was their only option. Still, they could only retreat to where their allies were.

"Here, do your thing," Emily said after she tried to make copies of the javelins that Ethan brought. "This much won't hurt your pride, right?"

"I suppose we might as well go all out…" Ethan shrugged once he grabbed the javelins. "Throw me up as high as possible."

Emily nodded and did exactly that, even without knowing what Ethan had in mind. Thanks to that, in the blink of an eye, Ethan saw himself standing and falling one kilometer above the battlefield once Emily elevated him with an earth spear.

In the next moment, Ethan spammed Sonic Throw and Electric Enchantment while making sure to throw the javelins in a circle around the battlefield. When they began to fall around the enemies' armies, they shocked all the monsters, and the waves of electricity began to connect with each other and increase their output while paralyzing the enemies for even longer periods of time. Thousands of them died in the next few seconds, even before Ethan could land, and dozens of thousands died when the second group began to use their area of effect spells again… this time, they didn't try to hold back and save their energy.

Tornadoes, ice tornadoes, Fire Tornadoes, explosive Fireballs… those attacks began to decimate the enemy's lines with ease. The dust clouds began to fly in all directions, and for the first time, the group was finally able to see the blue sky of that planet… Before Ethan could enjoy that as well, Emily created several more javelins.

"Sorry, you can't stop now…" Emily said.

"Sorry, but I am out of mana, and my arms aren't obeying me," Ethan shrugged.

Emily saw Ethan's hands turning blue, and since his sleeves were long, she could see it. Still, his arms were swelling like a bitch… using Sonic Throw so many times in a row wasn't that easy… still, at least he gained something out of that… his allies were decimating the monsters.

Thanks to Ethan and Emily's combined work, the flow of the battle completely changed in the humans' favor… the monsters were a lot weaker to lightning magic than they had imagined, probably because they had those pieces of metal covering their bodies. Not to mention, electricity is kind of hot, so they suffered a lot when the temperature of the area began to increase.

The human side used all of their energy, and the ghost armors didn't have many chances to fight back… those who survived the attacks of the javelins were too wounded, and some remained shocked even after a couple of minutes.

After half an hour, the battlefield only had a few skirmishes here and there… the enemy's army had been completely decimated. Some soldiers celebrated, but most of them fell on the ground thanks to exhaustion… somehow, they didn't suffer any casualties. Still, some lost one arm or a leg, and others were bleeding a lot and needed treatment.

"In the end, that guy never showed up… how boring," Ian suddenly appeared and then said it.

Ethan was standing, but he was too tired to answer, so he ignored Ian. Emily did the same and soon joined Alvin and Isaac to check the conditions of the soldiers that needed help. Ethan felt that he did his part, but since he had Heal, and he could help others and make the spell levels up.

"If you have a lot of energy to spare, you should check the other areas beyond this valley…" Ethan said. "The enemies might have made some factories to equip the monsters, and some of them might also be equipping a new army of creatures."

"I don't think that they have that many people on their side, but I will check it," Ian declared. "If the other groups are supposed to meet something like this in other dungeons, I suppose that we will find the same things."

Ian disappeared again, and soon Ethan informed the others what he was going to do. They truly needed someone to continue the scout work. Still, they didn't have anyone on that side that had enough energy after such a battle… the battlefield was filled with massive piles of destroyed weapons and armor, and that showed how much the people overworked themselves.

After one hour, some people from the other side of the dungeon came to help the wounded. Emily's father was one of them, so she focused on guarding him to make sure that nothing would happen.

"It looks like no one is truly in danger with those wounds…" Alvin said and then sighed with his head down. "I must apologize and thank you all. I forced you three to join us and worked hard to avoid a disaster from happening."

"We will probably be paid for this, so it doesn't matter," Ethan said while shrugging.

Besides, Ethan wanted to say that they had achieved their goal already of making sure his country wouldn't lose anything and that they actually would gain a lot of resources. Not to mention, if they wanted, the higher-ups could also promote the mission to make them look better… Ethan knew how people in power work.

Regardless, after two more hours, the environment began to get a lot darker. While the people received some reinforcements and they began to set up their camps, it would be hard to keep a hold of that world in such an environment… they would have to retreat. Around the same time, Ian returned.

"I found some factories fifty kilometers away, they are in four different directions, but they are completely empty," Ian suddenly declared. "They aren't working either."

"... Were those the places that were used to make the armor of the monsters?" Isaac asked.

"Yes, I found some pieces of armor that were on piles of trash. There were also a bunch of ores that are ready to be processed in those factories," Ian replied while nodding. "I made a map of the area, and I can pass the data to your wristwatch."

Ian made a map appear using a hologram function, and Ethan frowned since he assumed that Ian's wristwatch had other functions that he wasn't supposed to have… even though they received the same from John and Hannah. In any case, the hologram of the map was pretty detailed, showing the surface of the mountains and the path that Ian used.

"... Thank you for this," Alvin said once he received the data. "We will send people to check those areas tomorrow. For now, I think you all should retreat to a place where you can sleep peacefully… we can't ask you to do anymore after all this."

The wounds were being transported back to Earth, so Emily didn't protest since her father was coming as well. A couple of minutes later, they found some vehicles waiting for them at the exit of the dungeon, and those brought them back to the city in the blink of an eye… while Ethan and the others found the rank-A heroes of Ghana and some others, they didn't find Dante and Aline.

"Thanks for your hard work," Hannah said. "We received the report of your mission, so I can proudly say that you all did an excellent job."

"Where are Dante and that girl?" Emily asked.

"They were teleported back to home once we confirmed the success of the mission," Hannah explained. "I can't give you more details, but I can say that what you learned on the other side is pretty much the same thing that happened in the other dungeons."

Everyone looked at each other and frowned… it was hard to say if that was something good or not. It was convenient for them that the situation was under control, but they didn't know if they had truly stopped the enemies.

"For now, you can stay in Ghana for three more days, and then you will return alongside everyone else that is American and is helping on the missions," Hannah declared. "If something happens, we will send someone else to help."
