"Watson......!!!!" Everyone was left stunned seeing how much Watson had changed. Watson had changed in many ways.
The scales of the Crimson Dragon on his body had changed to black with a slight red tint. The color of his pupil had changed to dark crimson.
The Aura around Watson was really dark and hideous. It was really fierce and strong.

"Watson, how are you feeling?" Aditya asked with a smile.
"Your Majesty, I feel my body is overflowing with power," Watson said while tightly clenching his fists.
'Now I have the means to protect my Empire even if any sect or any evil organization from the Main continent ever tried to attack my Empire. With an army of Infernal Abyss Dragons, there won't be any need for me to personally get involved even if there is an invasion.' Aditya couldn't help but feel really excited about this.
Alicia proudly lifted her chest and said with a smile. "You should thank me properly. If I hadn't given you this idea, then you wouldn't have......"

Alicia couldn't even finish her words when Aditya suddenly pulled her and kissed her in front of everyone. Alicia's lips were sealed by him.

"Hmph....!!!" Alicia pouted before snorting loudly. She then angrily left.
Though she appeared to be angry in reality she was just feeling really shy after being kissed in front of so many people. Alicia knew that Riya, Sasha, Lilith, And Julia weren't going to let go of such an opportunity to tease her.
"Watson, can you please go back and bring 20 more Dragonians with you? Please also inform the Prime Minister that from now on Lionrock City is a territory of the Istarin Empire. Tell me to come when he is free and help Miss Helen out with developing her City." Aditya said while gesturing at Miss Helen.
Watson understood that Miss Helen was the City Lord of the Lionrock city. He quickly nodded his head and then went back to the Istarin Empire.
"Miss Helen, I will turn all of your loyal and most trusted men into Infernal Abyss Dragons. But doing that would mean that they will be loyal to me before you. You will be their second priority. And their first priority will be to serve the Istarin Empire."
Helen was grateful that Aditya was asking for her opinion. This showed that His Majesty respected her opinion and her views on this matter.
"Your Majesty, this is not a decision that I can make for them. Please give me a few minutes to talk to them privately." Helen was going to ask what her loyal men wanted to do.
Aditya just nodded her head and let her do it.
Around 5 minutes later, Helen returned with her men. Out of the 28 men, 25 of them had chosen to Pledge their loyalty to Aditya and to the Istarin Empire. That means 25 of them are going to become Infernal Abyss Dragons. As for the remaining 3, they were getting old and their reason for not pleasing their loyalty to Aditya was that they were planning on retiring in a few years.
Watson soon returned with 20 Dragonians. Aditya turned those 20 Dragonians into Infernal Abyss Dragons as well. Fortunately, he had extracted his divine blood every single day and kept it in his storage ring. Otherwise, he wouldn't be able to turn so many Dragonians and 25 of Helen's men into Infernal Abyss Dragons at once.
A few hours later, Spencer, the Prime Minister of the Istarin Empire came to the Lionrock city. He also had some important things that he wanted to discuss with Aditya.
But before that Aditya introduced Spencer to Miss Helen.
Since Aditya was short on time, without holding any ceremonies, Aditya appointed her rank of Viscountess. The rest would be taken care of by his prime minister, Spencer. Spencer was very intelligent and he knew how to deal with this kind of thing. Spencer would provide all the things that Helen would require to reconstruct and develop this entire city.
Now that all the gangs and bandits had been eliminated by the Goddess of Lust and her mother, Helen would have a very easy time taking over the entire city. Since there will not be anyone to stand against her. And even if any were to oppose Helen, the Infernal Abyss Dragons had more than enough power to deal with the problem.
Aditya and Spencer's meeting was short and very quick. Their discussion was over very soon and Spencer along with Watson returned to the Istarin Empire.
