Ling Yun held the envelope in his hand, puzzled.
“Why?” he asked patiently.
He worked here, and it seemed like both Xu Bingyan and Yanzi recognized him from their expressions. Yanzi was still holding on to him. That made Ling Yun think that there shouldn’t have been any animosity between Xu Bingyan and him.

Yanzi giggled. She pulled Ling Yun towards the counter and got Ling Yun to take a seat. Yanzi placed her head on Ling Yun’s shoulder and whispered, “Ling Yun, don’t blame Big Sister Xu. You disappeared for two whole months. She was so worried about you!”

She might be angry with Ling Yun, but that didn’t change anything for issues of importance. Xu Bingyan wasn’t one to drag matters out.
“Thank you, Big Sister Xu, I only need the footage for the last few days of March.”
Ling Yun wanted the footage for two reasons. One of the reasons was for evidential purposes. The other was to determine how long he was being watched.
“Yanzi, thank you for your help today. I’ll treat you to a meal one of these days!” Ling Yun got up when things were settled and smiled towards Yanzi.
“Idiot, I’m not the one helping you, it’s Big Sister Xu. Why are you treating me?” Yanzi smiled pointedly.
“Of course, of course. I’ll treat both of you. I’ll treat you wherever you want after the grand opening of my clinic!” Ling Yun understood the hint immediately.
“Grand opening of your clinic? What clinic?” Xu Bingyan blurted out.
“Clinic? What clinic?” Yanzi cried out at the same time.
It seems that my name is still not prominent enough.
“The Ordinary People’s Clinic, a clinic where I treat people and save lives. It’s at the intersection of Qingxi Road and Gufeng Road. You can look for me there if you are unwell!” Ling Yun replied.
“You really opened your own clinic?” Both Xu Bingyan and Yanzi asked at the same time.

“We’re opening on the 20th. You can introduce me if anyone needs...” Ling Yun advertised.
