Chapter 3241 A Small Thread Sustaining A Hopeful Dream
If Davis was here, he would've seen the otherworldly maws rush to eat Clara and Tia's karmic threads. But, he would have also not failed to see the enormous cocoon made up of millions of karmic strings covering Tia and Clara in it as though protecting them.
Even though otherworldly maws voraciously munched on those threads, they weren't able to tear their way through all.
However, those karmic threads suddenly constricted. They shrank all the way to the tiniest levels before expanding- no, inversely expanding as the image of Clara and Tia appeared in them in addition to their real bodies. Those images seemed to be made up of the same karmic threads that adorned the cocoon.
As a result, the number of karmic threads then significantly decreased, and the otherworldly maws were able to quickly gnaw through them all, their ripped jaws tearing apart everything in their wake, finally eating even Tia and Clara before they disappeared into the void.
Of course, these mysterious entities from the unknown parts of the universe only ate the karmic threads, so Tia and Clara were still there.
To have escaped from these mysterious entities, Davis would've been utterly shocked to his core if he had seen it happen with his own eyes. However, were Tia and Clara still safe? Even he might not be able to tell at this point.
Tia slumped to the ground, hanging her head back as she appeared to be knocked out cold. Because this was their first step into the true immortal world while the First Haven World was also connected, which gave them access to both worlds, and this was the only timeline they could travel back the most to stop the events from taking place. Why?
Because Clara would become free of heaven's influence as of this time, which greatly alters her birth fate of being a ruler underneath the heavens and the myriad of realms, they could not go back any further as that would mean Clara wouldn't learn Sealing Laws, a fusion of Mandate Laws and Space Laws as she might take the path of a ruler if they went back any further and tried to change the course of history.
Tia had already seen everything, but words were being etched into the deepest parts of her soul in order for her to not forget. She even knew she was an Anarchic Divergent from this moment, perhaps as ridiculous as her big brother was. However, that was the price to pay as she decided to take the time traveling karmic burden of Clara, Ivy Aries, and Jade Aurora on herself, believing that to be the ultimate sacrifice she could make for their endeavor to come true, as well as using that to her advantage to transmit memories to her old self.
Even the future Clara decided to sacrifice her free Will, knowing that their time reversal would be noticed and the backlash would certainly get to her after the otherworldly maws ate her karma could not step into, but such limitation for a Dimension was temporarily removed with big sister Jade Aurora's Timesea Laws."

She lost consciousness, ceasing to think anything as she couldn't bear the weight of the responsibility nor the sorrow of her future self. She only heard someone vaguely calling out her name, but she didn't even want to answer it, slipping into an inconspicuous corner of her world.
"Tia! Clara!"
Ellia kept shouting, trying to wake them up. Her eyes widened as she saw one of the two finally wake up.
Clara slowly raised her head. Her beautiful purple eyes were bloodshot. Even the colors of her pupils were red, and even though her expression was full of sorrow as her bottom lips curled out,she raised her trembling hand, manifesting an icy dagger as she raised it all the way high and brought it down, trying to stab Tia's forehead.

A scythe appeared from nowhere, stopping the icy dagger from killing Tia! It was none other than Evelynn, one of her spider bones extending out as she blocked Clara's crazy attack.
"Quick, stop her!" Evelynn uttered with some difficulty, appearing already exhausted.
Ellia and Logan swiftly surrounded Clara, only a moment's delay from Evelynn's command, as they quickly sealed her in a barrier made from their energies.
"Let… me… out! You wicked beings!"
Clara clenched her teeth and growled in a wild voice as though she was trying to suppress something. From her reaction, it didn't take much for them to understand that she was possibly under heaven's influence, which meant Evelynn's treatment had failed!
