Chapter 3224 Suppressing Them All

The Empyreal Monarchs were shocked as they saw the unexpected aftermath, choosing to retreat decisively.

Some tried to pick up their Kingly Monarchs, appearing beside them as they tried to take the light spears out of their bodies.

*Zzz!~*

It made their souls hurt, making them unable to touch it easily unless they knew what kind of spirit formation it was to decipher and unravel it or overpower.

*Bang!~*

Still, there were some Monarchs like the Azure Dragon Feys who had vigorous souls that could withstand most soul attacks and broke the light spears with only their innate and pure physical force.

However, a figure appeared above them at this moment, and they quickly realized that it was that mysteriously powerful white-robed woman who waited until they were in range to activate a hidden spirit formation. Her silhouette was concealed by the gleaming light of the sun, making her appear like a deity descending into the realm when suddenly, two large eyes manifested behind her, overlooking everyone.

"Mistweaver's Gaze: Ten Thousand Deaths~"

Those who noticed her quickly tried to avert their gaze, feeling an extreme chill shoot down their spine.

However, those of the Mistwalker Family were horrified.

"It's a Divine Technique!?"

"Who are you!?

Layla Mistwalker screamed in shock. Her shock didn't come from the fact that she was seeing a Divine Technique, but from the powerful technique was from her family, something that she had also comprehended! Lambert Mistwalker was also visibly shocked as he demanded to know who she was. Just as he was prepared to go tit-for-tat and use the same Divine Technique he had up his sleeve moments ago, his Will was overwhelmed by her.

"I feel grateful to you, little girl~"

Myria's voice echoed nonchalantly in response.

Though an ounce of mocking tone in it made Layla Mistwalker almost spit blood, she forcefully endured all kinds of emotions and became absolutely silent. Her eyes lost focus, appearing to be trapped in an illusion at the same time, but inside the illusory world, she saw Myria smiling at her, her divine grace shrouded by the sun as she sliced her hand across the bridge.

*Ripp!~*

Layla Mistwalker felt a huge tear in space rock through the bridge, cutting down everything as it made all of them fall. Her lower body appeared to have been severed as blood poured out from both severed ends of her body.

"Break!"

She roared, appearing to come out of it as she stood on the bridge again.

*Ripp!~*

Before she could even realize what was going on, her head fell to the side, leaving her seeing a white-robed woman holding a silver sword, who graced the ground with her feet and turned to look at her with a mocking gaze.

"Break!~"

Layla Mistwalker yelled again, finding herself back on the bridge.

But the result was the same as the last time. She nearly died, only to reclaim her consciousness but then lose it again. It was as though she was thrown into a grand loop of life and death, and she knew exactly what this Divine Technique was as it took the most basic form of illusions but turned it into a deadly weapon.

Experiencing ten thousand near-death experiences in a second might make anyone lose heart, after all.

This was a technique that snuffed the Will of the heart, and the moment when the slightest notion of giving up forms in their heart was when the Divine Technique would truly activate and cause the soul to inevitably scatter, finally bringing true death.

Outside the illusion, Myria landed on the ground, gasping for breath as she saw the Monarchs who went stiff.

"Do it now, but don't kill them."

"I'll try my best~"

Fairy Thunderblaze drew a circle of lightning and flames in the air and struck it as essence energy roared from her lower dantian and sprung forth from her palms, actually turning into Firestorm Laws. The thunderous blaze created by her blasted off into the bridge like a cannon, enveloping every transcendent who was taken into the illusion.

Thunder and flames roared all the way into the distance, roasting and immobilizing the transcendents who were caught in its track while some barely managed to escape it in time and jumped outside the bridge, particularly in the direction of the serpent sector, to not be taken advantage of.

However, a spatial wall suddenly appeared on both sides, suddenly pushing those who tried to jump out.

Lea clenched her teeth as she pressed her palms towards each other, sealing the space.

*Bang!~*

However, the Monarchs from the Azure Dragon Upper Realm shattered her spatial pull and managed to escape, including many Empyreal Monarchs from other Upper Realms, but the Kingly Monarchs and the others, not so much.

They managed to come out of the Divine Technique Myria cast, but they were burnt badly, appearing to be on their last breath as they twitched like half-roasted shrimps.

Fairy Thunderblaze lowered her hand, a faint smile lingering on her face as she looked at her left arm, which was burned to a crisp.

"Stupid… this is why I need annihilative heavenly flames…" She lightly muttered in annoyance as her expression twitched in pain behind her veil before popping a healing pill again, not knowing if she could regenerate her meridians that were absolutely burdened under the fusion of lightning and flames.

Myria's big bosoms heaved as she stood up, looking at the Mistwalkers, who were burned to a crisp.

Due to her concentrating the prowess of her Divine Technique on the Mistwalker with high Wills while battling with the Wills of almost all the Monarchs here, she was not able to get them all. Otherwise, many deaths could've appeared. Nonetheless, she was thoroughly exhausted, feeling like she could faint at times.

She still gasped like a person who was out of heaven and earth energy, unable to believe these Monarchs were so powerful.

'Sigh… the disadvantage in the immortal cultivation method is showing itself…'

If she had faced these kinds of people back then, she would have flipped their heaven and earth, causing them to easily fall even with Illusion Laws and not using a Divine Technique. That was how powerful she was, but due to the fact that the Transcendent Cultivation System's Transcendent Wheel gave them additional prowess that was not present in the maxed-out Immortal Cultivation System's Immortal Vessel, she was forced to fight them like they were equals.

The only way for her to circumvent this problem was to reveal her true abilities, to use reincarnation energy, but that would expose herself and not only bring danger to herself but also to him, which she didn't want to allow to happen.

*Plop~*

Layla Mistwalker fell to the ground. She looked extremely vulnerable as even her clothes were just ashes and could disperse with a single breeze of wind, but with her skin scorched all black, there was no sensuality to her vulnerable existence.

"You… how did you… use our Divine Technique…? Who are you…!?"

She struggled to question, her eyes swimming around as though trying to maintain consciousness.

Myria couldn't help but smile lightly when she heard that question.

Due to being directly hit with one of the strongest illusion techniques in the Mistwalker Family's arsenal, she managed to remember the Divine Technique she stole from the Mistwalker Family ages ago. She obtained it from a foe who also tried to hunt her but ended up eating her shoe, falling to her attacks, which allowed her to soulscour him and kill him.

Turns out that he was a young master from the Mistwalker Family hunting her, which also allowed her to comprehend one of their Divine Techniques.

Naturally, from the passage of time and the karmic burden inflicting Divine Techniques, she forgot about it in the present day, but being targeted by one of the strongest illusory attacks from Layla Mistwalker allowed her to see through its intricacies, which allowed her to grasp insights and once again made her remember how to use the Divine Technique.

She was honestly surprised she could remember it, so simultaneously, she thought of making them eat their own attacks after ensnaring them using a killing formation.

"You're all so powerful that I suppose you never thought you could face defeat en masse."

Myria rubbed her neck and looked at the blood on her palm, "One of you almost got me good with a spatial attack, but it's too bad that there's an unexpected victor all the time. Even for me, I didn't expect my defeat to be at the hands of a man who hadn't reached even a hundred years in age, you know~"

Layla Mistwalker's expression twitched as she wanted to scream out that she didn't ask about that but asked who she was, as stealing any Divine Technique was a serious crime, further wanting to ask if she was a rogue cultivator from their family as there wasn't any news about their Divine Technique being stolen!

However, she fainted, passing out from the unbearable pain wrecking her soul along with the tens of other Monarchs who lay on the sandy ground like roasted meat, a delicious smell wafting out of them that honestly made Nadia gulp.

She licked her lips, holding herself back, not wanting to partake as she rarely lifted a paw.

Meanwhile, Sophie, Bylai, Tina, Dalila, and the others all looked dumbfounded. They didn't even have much room to interfere, only being able to block some sneak attacks that came from Kingly Monarchs while every other move was blocked and dodged by Myria, Fairy Thunderblaze, Lea, and Nadia. However, finally knowing what kind of prowess their big sister Myria held within for how much she had preached, their gazes were renewed with a newfound level of respect for her.

After all, looking around, they could at least see seven Empyreal Monarchs and twenty-eight Kingly Monarchs lying on the ground.

*Bzzz!~*

However, the Empyreal Monarchs, who had escaped by jumping out of the bridge, reappeared, hovering as they silently yet solemnly watched them from tens of kilometers away.

"..."

Ralaza Heavenshade was also in the distance, but she never took part in this battle, merely spectating from a distance, her expression turning shocked by the moment before it was full of disbelief, unable to believe so many people were captured by a single person who wasn't that overly confident man.
