Chapter 3162 Arrogant Transcendents

"…?"

Every genius from the true immortal world cast a suspicious look at Davis and a few others behind him, wondering how strong he could be. The person he killed definitely wasn't weak. At least, they knew the technique he used was comparable to a Kingly Monarch's normal attack, yet the moment he neared his opponent, his fist exploded into a cacophony of bloody bursts.

Such an instantaneous counter with an extreme speed, they missed it, wondering if he was highly proficient in Wind Laws.

"Pfft! Ahahaha!"

But despite such a show of force, someone couldn't help but burst out laughing.

Following him, all the Transcendents began to hold their stomachs and laugh, some even blatantly pointing at him as though he had done the stupidest thing ever.

Davis wondered if they didn't get his message as he meant the true immortal world was vast in the sense that it made him unamused as to the idiots out there.

"Did I say something wrong?" He asked.

"You didn't say anything wrong. Ahaha!" Roared a woman.

"Indeed. He was an eyesore and yapped his mouth as he pleased, but not many tried to offend him, not because they were scared of him but because his father is an Autarch and his great grandfather is a Mid Stage Autarch, not to mention that he's from the Saffron Harmony Upper Realm. Even an Empyreal Monarch would think twice before wanting to kill him."

"Poor guy. He just wanted other geniuses to admit that he's one among them, but he ended up dying way earlier than we expected." The woman spoke again before she broke into a fit of laughter.

"Pfft!"

"…" Davis's eyes widened.

"What? Do you regret it? Oh, I forgot you immortal bumpkins don't even know about the star map of the Celestial Transcendent Galaxy!"

"Pfft! Ahahaha!"

The crowd burst into a fit of laughter as their mocking laughter resounded even more, seeping into the hearts of the Immortals from the First Haven World.

Their expressions were not good, clearly appearing to be offended.

Even Niel Bladeheart and Garoe Rynn didn't seem amused as it was understandable they wouldn't know anything about the true immortal world, and even they wouldn't make fun of ascenders from the mini worlds as they understood it.

However, these young Transcendents didn't seem to care about that or were intentionally mocking them to provoke them.

Either way, anger rose in their hearts, wanting to slaughter them.

"And who are you?"

Davis asked the one who explained the red-robed man he killed was from the Saffron Harmony Upper Realm. He wore a luxurious silver robe, even amongst his fellow disciples, that denoted his grand stature. That man grinned, his lips curling into a wicked smile.

"You're not worthy."

"…"

Suddenly, the Immortals who were angry went quiet, their clenched fists actually loosening.

'Ah, this idiot died…'

'He's not going to survive the Emperor of Death's wrath…'

'This is going to be a good show…'

They couldn't help but inwardly swoon over the spectacle they were going to witness. However, Davis said something else to their shock.

"I see. I certainly regret what I have done."

His words made their hearts skip a beat. Was he succumbing to the pressure and trying to smoothen things with him?

The Transcendents grinned as they heard his words before they saw him shake his head and continue.

"After all, if I knew if he was from an Upper Realm, imagine the amount of resources I could've siphoned from him just by capturing him. Sigh… I made a serious mistake. That's why I want to know who you are as well before I end your life. I hope you won't make me regret it."

Davis lampooned.

He appeared to be full of regret as he had a sad expression on his face.

"Seems like you want to die."

The silver-robed man stepped up, his undulations thrumming like a slow sea wave. Silver light emerged, causing the color of the valley to turn into a sky of shimmering stars. His silver light shone like a ruinous light, reminding Davis of Adlet Rayburn, who had the blood of Silver Radiant Skylark, bringing him a bit of nostalgia.

This silvery light reverberated in the atmosphere as a solemn voice resounded.

"Know that you're going to die to the future successor to the Rapturous Throne Lower Realm, but instead of feeling regret, you can feel honored."

*Ziii!~*

Suddenly, the silvery light gathered together, turning into a streak of light that shot towards Davis with an incredible speed.

"Ahhh!"

The Immortal Kings screamed as they felt an overwhelming force sent towards them. The silver-robed man's undulations locked all of them in place, causing them to be terrified as they could sense this attack reached the prowess of an Empyreal Monarch!

It could be seen that the silver-robed man didn't hold back at all, intending to go for the kill!

The silver-robed man grinned, wanting to see the purple-robed man end up getting pierced by his Rapturous Silver Lance before it pierced the other Immortals behind him as they split into multiple arrows. At this point, he felt them to be an eye sore, but his eyes widened as he saw his Rapturous Silver Lance get stuck between his fingers.

"What!?"

Davis held the silvery lance that still tried to pierce through his body with immense force, causing him to narrow his brows.

"So this is controlled by your soul force? Even dodging wouldn't have worked, I see…"

Davis snapped the silvery lance in half by clenching it with his fingers, causing the silver-robed man to flinch as he took a step back.

"You…! Who are you!?"

His golden eyes trembled as he seemed to have finally understood the gravity of the situation.

Davis saw that it was not only him, but all the others grasped the aspect that offending him meant death. He could recognize a few powers from the memories he plundered, namely, the Serpent's Embrace Lower Realm, Tranquil Lotus Lower Realm, Onyx Shadow Lower Realm, Verdant Vale Lower Realm, and a few others.

There were too many Kingly Monarchs here, at least thirty from what he could sense.

But as for Upper Realms, he recognized only two of them.

One was the Sacred Tiger Upper Realm, and the other was probably the most he would have to be careful about. There were two members in the latter power.

It was not the Azure Dragon Upper Realm but the Astral Pill Upper Realm.

They partly owned this Astral Forgeheart Minor Realm along with the Forgeheart Peak Upper Realm, so if anything, they posed a greater threat than the Azure Dragon Upper Realm, as they may know the ins and outs of this realm.

Nevertheless, Davis couldn't help but smile as this meant that the majority of the factions were still inside the hidden temple, not yet having obtained the Celestial Luminescence Pill.
