Davis's sapphire eyes turned red as he was dodging.

However, numerous karmic threads appeared in his Death God Sense as he activated Fallen Heaven's powers at the death and karmic powers at the same time, feeling that Wicked Tamer Jaxon Harrow wouldn't be the only threat here. If he was going to do it, then he was going to take every one of his enemies with him.

His mental focus was in rapid decline as he was calculating multiple things at once. However, his heart shook as he sensed it.

"Ahaha! I'm still alive!"

Patriarch Soaren Goldsun rushed out of the battleship in the distance. He appeared to escape in his human form, streaking through the skies like a golden shooting star.

Davis could not hear it, but he could vaguely feel the emotions from Patriarch Soaren Goldsun's karmic thread.

*Psssssh!~*

In the next second, two more rays of light emerged from the distance, blasting through the twelve-thousand-meter-long dragon once more.

*Aooo!~*

The Vacuous Beast somehow seemed to roar in pain yet still survive as its head wasn't completely obliterated. There were three holes and long tears of flesh that appeared like deep wounds where black blood gushed out in enormous amounts.

But at the next moment, a black sphere fell from above like raining arrows, eating up a part of space and causing utter chaos to the heaven and earth energy around, causing Davis's gaze to flicker as he used it to his advantage as he concealed himself and disappeared.

While concealed, he took a moment to see what was going on.

As far as he could sense, the battleships unleashed energy beams fueled by the cannon formation's attribute.

The Golden Crow Clan's battleship had unleashed searing golden flames, the Starlight Jade Wolf Clan's battleship radiated a powerful jade light from its cannon, and the Obsidian Crystal Turtle Clan shot a volley of black spheres that ate a portion of space when it seemed to reach an optimal distance, leaving behind a semblance of the void.

There was another battleship, but he couldn't tell whose it was exactly, but it unleashed thundering crimson light, making him doubt if it was who he thought it was.

Although one battleship was destroyed, three others remained, which gave him more hope to not use Fallen Haven. However, almost all of them were unable to kill the most dangerous Level Eight Immortal Emperor Stage Vacuous Beast Dragon as they couldn't aim correctly from such a distance.

"Tch. Courting death~"

Wicked Tamer Jaxon Harrow seemed to be thoroughly pissed.

He waved his hand in the general direction of the Zyrus Family's main city, causing two more Vacuous Beasts to pounce away from his palms before his gaze flashed, and his senses explored every part of the area, looking for the Emperor of Death.

'Bastard…! How many Vacuous Beasts has he tamed!?'

Davis had never felt so helpless. With his cultivation at Level Seven Immortal King Stage, he was unable to cross an entire stage to take on these Vacuous Beasts. It was impossible for him to fight openly, and even if he wanted to create Spirit Formations, he didn't have much time.

Every second counted as it was just forty-three seconds from the time his gaze met with Wicked Tamer Jaxon Harrow.

If he wanted to make a powerful Spirit Formation at the Late Immortal Emperor Grade Stage, then he would at least need three minutes with his current knowledge, and even then, it simply wouldn't hold a candle because his knowledge was based upon Immortal King Grade Spirit Formations.

Its foundation wouldn't be solid enough, quickly falling apart.

Davis racked his brain for a solution when suddenly his brain trembled.

"Eldia, let's try the Prismatic Intramural Soul-Spirit Pact's third level..."

"Master, I…"

Eldia's voice sounded with hesitation. They had just reformed their soul-spirit pact, so they knew they still hadn't reached the third level. They were now at an understanding where they could try to force the third level, but chances were-

"Let's just try…!"

"Yes!"

Eldia clenched her teeth, casting the third level of the Prismatic Intramural Soul-Spirit Pact along with Davis.

"There you are…"

Wicked Tamer Jaxon Harrow's expression became at ease. It seemed that he had been pissed off because he had lost Davis, but with Davis and Eldia casting the third level together, he instantly came to know of his position, sending the giant gray rabbit to him.

Thick black-crimson lightning arced around him like pythons as they began to clad around him like a robe. His prowess began rising, Level Seven Immortal King Stage, and continued to rise even further, entering Level Eight Immortal King Stage.

However, it didn't stop there, as Eldia's cultivation was at the very peak of the Immortal King Stage, all because she had eaten most of the annihilative heavenly lightning Davis had given her. Since she was already in the Level Seven Immortal King Stage when she received this resource, she grew to the peak, and her prowess also matched that of him.

However, the energy she held was vastly high, and she was pouring all that into him, allowing him to temporarily increase his cultivation base to Level Eight Immortal King Stage!

Davis felt an overpowering sensation spread throughout his body as he was clad in a black-crimson lightning robe.

"Argh!"

He groaned as he simultaneously brought forth heavenly flames, bursting forth from his palms as they began to combine with his heavenly lightning that emerged from every cell of his body because of his and Eldia's union. Their annihilative nature, although lacking because of destructive flames, combined to create an even pure destructive force, causing Wicked Tamer Jaxon Harrow's brows to shoot wide.

*Poof~*

But suddenly, the energy focused between his hands abruptly disintegrated, causing him to be stunned as he sensed the lightning robe fade away.

Eldia was also stunned as their union failed suddenly without warning.

Davis had also just realized this, but his gaze was affixed over to the gray rabbit that was already reaching out its claws to him, intending to slice him cleanly into bits and pieces.

'Counter? No, dodge…!'

His body subconsciously moved even before he made a decision, the gray rabbit's claw descending on him with full force.

*Rippp!~*

*Whoosh!~*

Davis appeared in the distance again, thinking he had dodged the ruthless claw that tore through many layers of space once again, but a rush of pain hit his head, causing him to notice that he was missing half a leg, his left leg to be exact.

"…"

Glancing at the corner of his eyes, he saw his leg fall into the crevices of the spatial layers, quickly getting lost in it.
