Although the birth of Zhang Ziming and Ziyue didn't make it to the public and media, the fact didn't prevent Jason Deng from creating a memorable celebration day out of nowhere.
For the next two days, everyone was given a two-day paid leave regardless of their profession. All business establishments also had a 50% discount subsidized by the government supporting the announced public holiday.

"Our food preservation technology also matured by leap and bounds, in which we believed that 70% of the food we produced can be kept fresh for five years and above. As for meat products, we're confident that their shelf-life won't be any lesser than two years."
"Also, for clarification, the longevity of the food's shelf-life was based on predicted daily temperature, and not in the subzero state. This means, in the like of electronic warfare or chemical destruction, the food reserve can still be kept fresh and edible between two to five years."
"And with this, I end my presentation on the positive report related to Food, Agriculture, and Husbandry. Do anyone here have any question before I continue with the next section of my report?" the representative asked.
And since nobody raised their hand up, it was time for the second part of his presentation.
"I will be continuing then." said the representative.
"While our country's own production, agriculture, and food reserve is steadily rising, the problem with varieties still remains. The limited arable land allocated for certain exotic or profitable produce has significantly impeded our nation's personal growth, especially in the agricultural sector."
"Compared to the other countries, only three new breeds of agriculture products were developed locally. The Marianna is currently positioned at 254th amongst the 255 countries worldwide in agriculture."
"Also in the question was the way the custom handle outside goods. I would like to suggest a different policy on handling raw and prepared edibles before coming into our country." the representative said. His presentation stopped right here as he knew there was something he'd have to clear before proceeding to the next slide.
"Trades, Export, and Import Office?" Zhang Qin Feng took a glimpse over the twenty-three other people present in this room, and soon, another representative stood up with his hand raised.
"Present, sir." he quickly answered Zhang Qin Feng's call.
"What is the current policy in practice when it comes to raw and prepared foods in the import and export side?" Zhang Qin Feng asked.
"Sir, as for now, our policy towards food coming from the outside has been very lenient on imports. But some restriction was still applied due to the disagreement in the trade tariff. As for exports, our main clientele was the New Panem, Han Country, and Dongcheng."
"Barely 10% of our agriculture goods were sought after by the four alliances. Even if they did, the tariff applied to our products was ridiculous. We always ended up unable to sell them throughout the freighter's journey." said the representative.
"Food representative." Zhang Qin Feng called.
"Yes, sir," the representative quickly responded to Zhang Qin Feng.
"Where was the highest demand for outside goods comes from?" Zhang Qin Feng asked.
"From the report here, it was the body of expatriates migrated or based here from their main office." the representative answered.
"And what's the percentage that these people comes from Dongcheng, Han Country, and New Panem?" the question and answer session continued.
"Zero, sir." the representative said.
"That explains everything." Zhang Qin Feng chuckled.
