Leading five combatants to accompany him, Zhang Tianci left the beacon site and made haste towards the beach where they first landed.
The other five combatants were left around the beacon site to monitor the area while protecting Zhang Qin Feng.
This trip from the beacon site to the settlement is about five kilometers away and another five kilometers more further south to the beach. But since there's no reason for them to make a detour, Zhang Tianci brought his team across the woods to cut their distance to merely seven and a half kilometers.
In the meantime, Zhang Qin Feng joined the research team to investigate the beacon site's origin and how the jamming function operated.

For a moment here, Zhang Qin Feng was glad that he decided to attack the power station and not the beacon itself.
If he chose the latter option, there's no doubt their attack would be a failure from the start.
"Boss… Can I make a further suggestion while I have the chance to do so?" said the chief of this research team. He's also the person who approached Zhang Qin Feng for his approval before investigating this facility.

"Vanguard leader! We're getting closer to the beach, and I can even hear people talking from where we are." one of Zhang Tianci's combatants said while they traveled through the woods to the other side.
"I can hear it too. Maintain alert until we're sure these people are on our side. Also, we have to make sure that nobody is infected so far after getting onshore." said Zhang Tianci as they got closer to the forest exit.
"Hands up! Stop right there before we open fire!" the moment they're about to step out of the forest, Zhang Tianci and his team were pointed by a few Thunderbolt Rifles. From the look of the rifles, they're the same model as the one in Zhang Tianci's hand.
Their warning made everyone shows their inner palm as they took a few steps out of the forest.
"Luna Device, scan their identities." said a soldier.
The device in his hand soon gave out a searching pulse to communicate and confirmed everyone's identity.
It seems that instead of waiting for the landing team, Zhang Tianci was the one greeted by them instead. He was surprised that the landing team could arrive so early with such a massive load.
Twenty Transport Vessels were parked all around this beach, fully deployed with land transportation moving forth and back from the ships.
Still, nothing gets their attention more than a massive transport they're trying to assemble over here.
On its size alone, this land transportation came with two separated carriages, excluding the engine itself. It had a width of close to twelve meters and a length of about fifty meters per car. At the height of about seven meters tall, this is quite a massive machine they're trying to build.
"Wow… Vanguard Leader… Do you have any idea what they are assembling here?" asked one of the combatants following Zhang Tianci.
"I'm not sure. Big Boss didn't tell me anything about this." Zhang Tianci said.
"That's our next generation Mobile Command Center that comes from all the data we've hacked from the West Strand Division. Of course, we've upgraded it and also added our own technology to perfect it further." someone said as he approached Zhang Tianci and his team.
"You're?" Zhang Tianci asked. He finds it weird that everything about these people clicked with the Luna Device on his wrist, but he also feels distant from all of them. It's like they're from an entirely outside division.
"Alex. You should be Zhang Tianci, the first of the ten clones of our Boss, am I correct? You look just like your other brother and how Valerian and Carol described." Alex said.
It seemed that the attempt to move all the data from his mind to another body was a success. Furthermore, his new body is evidently better compared to the one he had before.
But that's not the most essential feature of his new body.
If there's something worth mentioning, that would definitely be the fact this new body is no longer troubled with the Blood Petrification Disease. The body's ability to conceive had also been recovered partly, making it possible for the clones to start planning their own family.
Although there's still a gap between his body against Zhang Tianci, that was just because of the differences in resources used. Of course, that doesn't mean that Alex can't do anything Zhang Tianci is capable of.
The latter was just a top-quality clone made especially to handle Zhang Qin Feng's special task force.
"I… I know you. You're Alex, the one that followed the creator from the start until now, correct?" Zhang Tianci has a vague impression about him, but not when he's in this entirely new body. After all, he was created from Zhang Qin Feng's genetic that was extracted and purified daily, so the impression was already inside the genetic's memory.
"Correct. Right now, I'm the only one showing myself to the battlefield. When you see your Vice-Boss, you'll be shocked by how much she has changed. But less about me. Why not you see who comes with me?" Alex said with a smile on his face.
Their attention moved to the one standing beside Alex.
"Hello, big brother." the secretive individual said.
