"Establishing a division of Wind Base Group here in Dongcheng?" Zhang Qin Feng's sentence detonates in the mind of those that know the significance of his words. And it was not decided on a whim either, because this was already in his thoughts when Zhang Qin Feng was on his way back home.

"Great! Then I won't be too reserved in the way I'm going to speak either. Since you will establish the Dongcheng Division of Wind Base Group here, I'll shut my business and transfer all my assets over here to help you. If you have anything you need, just let me know." Han Xing said.
It seems that he already had an idea how enormous the changes will be after Zhang Qin Feng allocates part of his operation here. Instead of trying to be a partner, why not ride along on Zhang Qin Feng's coattail?
Han Xing's sentence made Zhang Qin Feng smiled.
"Of course, big brother. With your help, I can be at ease when it comes to the retail-related industry. But your workload is going to be ten times more than that. Are you ready for that challenge?" Zhang Qin Feng's smile got wider as he agreed with Han Xing's participation in his plan.

Even Wang Yufei, who's considerably the youngest here to had her own business, created the Manyue Restaurant without relying on the support of the Wang Famly.
"If in that case, I will be relying on big brother Han in regards to what I just said." Zhang Qin Feng nodded. He had no idea that Han Xing would be the first to support him.
Following after Han Xing was the Wang Elder and a few other uncles around Liu Qiang's seniority. All of them were the top figureheads for the Wang Family Business and have been fortifying their position in Suihe City.
Zhang Qin Feng had no idea that everyone would support his thought of establishing the Wind Base Group division here. But the more he thought about this, the more feasible it was.
Based on the Wind Base Group's current growth, opening a division here in Dongcheng would undoubtedly help the company run smoother. And unlike Marianna's situation, Dongcheng is more developed than the former.
Using the Dongcheng Division to create a local influence might work better than offering good employee packages to attracts skilled individuals to work with him. And furthermore, there's always an issue with politics that could hinder the flow of a business.
Having a branch in Dongcheng might help Zhang Qin Feng expand his influence to other places, such as the few countries under the Oceana Alliance and the Continent of Southern States.
Initially, part of Zhang Qin Feng's motive in establishing this division was to help to strengthen the Wang Family's influence around this southern side of Dongcheng. Although he had no intention to monopolized the entire business industry, such a preparation cannot be ignored.
Especially after knowing how deep have the Pacific Union infiltrate into Dongcheng and its government. And this was just from one of the big four powers, and he had yet to know how deep the others were in this troubled country.
And he won't be at ease if this branch is not managed by people he can trust. Although the Wang Elder, Han Xing, and a few people he knows could help, they're just a few people in the end. To make this branch developed safely, Zhang Qin Feng still needs to convince someone to help him.

When the door was opened, Zhang Qin Feng smiled as he looked at the three familiar individuals.
Wang Wu, Hei Mang, and Gui Ge.
They're all ex-leaders of the ground known as Xuanwu Gang. Of course, that's all history right now because the Tianhe Special Squadron now has complete control over the Suihe City's safety.
As for the reason he came here to meet with them at this was, is obviously because he wants them to work under him.
