The supercharged bullet was hardly effective against solid targets, but it could still create a wreck upon impact.
"How did that guy get a gun in his hand? Did he grab yours when you're unaware?" the bodybuilder asked Blue Sparrow.
"Idiot! I only have one gun, and it's in your hand right now! How can I still have one more with me?" Blue Sparrow replied. Even she was shocked when Zhang Qin Feng pulled the Delta-Model Pistol out from his back. Furthermore, from the size and model of his pistol, it wasn't a small and lightweight munition like hers.
To keep this gun in check, Zhang Qin Feng would need to use a 13 to 15-inch casing to hide this pistol from the public.
"Whoah! Fuck!" the bodybuilder felt a hint of numbness on his toes when one of the bullets landed near his legs. But that wasn't the reason for the numbness.
The following reaction was created due to the electrical discharge upon contact. If anyone were hiding behind vehicles or any electrically conductive material, they would have lost their sense already.
Zhang Qin Feng continues. Although none of the bullets managed to get through the concrete pillar, the worries from getting jumpy from the discharge made this torture for the two agents.

He was unhurt during the exchange, but it was the same to those security guards coming for him.
"Give both of us some firearms." the bodybuilder spoke and put his hand with his thumb, index, and middle finger out. This was a sign of friendlies to these trained individuals.
His request was quickly fulfilled as the guards handed the agents two sub-machine guns, two pistols, and a mag of additional bullets. Before moving on, they tried to get in touch with the people inside the building, but their attempt ended with no results.
From the look of it, the entire hotel was compromised.
While people with no firearm experience might miss out on this detail, all the pieces of equipment they had here were made and sourced here by the Pacific Union.
Four guards immediately moved forward and pushed the door Zhang Qin Feng used earlier. But not a single person in this parking suspected there was a trap waiting for them behind the door.
*BAM!*
An explosion immediately happened, blowing the four guards off. All four died on the spot, and a few others were temporarily deafened by the blast.
And to make it worst, their target was not standing too far from them.
"FUCK!" the bodybuilder screamed as he was almost becoming one of the four that died in the explosion. Their hearing slowly came back to them as they were being very cautious towards the emergency staircase.
*Ding…*
The sound of a rifle's pin echoed inside this restricted basement. And the moment they successfully discern where the sound comes from, Zhang Qin Feng had pulled the trigger and firing indiscriminately. There are only fifty bullets in his Thunderbolt Mk-II, but each shot was as deadly as a sniper rifle's bullet.
Even the car drove by Blue Sparrow had become a honeycomb from Zhang Qin Feng's attack. Up until now, all of them, especially the two agents, was still puzzled by how Zhang Qin Feng get his firearms.
But surprisingly, only three out of the eight people left died under Zhang Qin Feng's shooting. As for the five, each of them had mild injuries to a certain degree, except Blue Sparrow.
Was it not because Zhang Qin Feng had the intention to bring her under his wing, she might be his first target of elimination.
After all, Zhang Qin Feng was relatively weak in his defense against a woman. And someone with Blue Sparrow's skills and look was rare. By recruiting her, he believes it could bolster the strength of his Wind Base Security Forces.
When the gunshots finally stopped, they immediately retaliated. But it was pointless as Zhang Qin Feng had left the moment he emptied his rifle. With the Dimensional Storage in hand, he could go everywhere he wanted in this world, along with the arsenal enough to arm an army.
"Blue Sparrow, to the lift. The others will follow me." the bodybuilder ordered. With only three guards still alive, that's all he can bring along back to the parking's upper level.
"Noted!" Blue Sparrow nodded and made her way straight to the lift. As for the task to handle Zhang Qin Feng, it will be up to the others.
While for Blue Sparrow, there's nothing else more important to her except going back to the upper floor and delete the files before leaving this base of operation that has been compromised.
Her heart was still beating nervously even after Zhang Qin Feng had made his escape. Unsure of the reason behind this weird feeling inside her, she felt that if Zhang Qin Feng asked her to join him again, she might consider it.
And when the lift to the upper level was opened, Zhang Qin Feng was smiling inside as he pulled her in and allowed the door to shut automatically. Not even she had an idea what was just happened.
Quietly, the two of them took the lift until they arrived at the top floor that was not accessible through a unique method.
*Ding!*
Zhang Qin Feng was greeted with a fully functional command center monitoring almost the entire southern part of Dongcheng, including Suihe City in their perimeters. As for the employees working here, they're too preoccupied and have no time to look at those coming in.
"Stein…"
"Hack into this and preserve all the data." Zhang Qin Feng whispered.
