What happened from the battle shocked the Oceana Alliance and the three other big powers around the world. There's nothing the alliance can do to hide their defeat against Marianna's Naval Force. But to Zhang Qin Feng's surprise, the Oceana Alliance doesn't seem trying to hide their loss at all.
This made Zhang Qin Feng curious about what kind of approach they were taking. Even with Stein's computing power, it was impossible to determine their agenda after this battle. Instead, the Oceana Alliance stated that they'll be stationing their naval forces in New Panem as a security measure.
The reason they're giving is that they're worried that Marianna might be interested in the New Panem's strategic location and resources.
But a piece of news like that was complete crap. As long the people listening to the report have some brainpower to think, they could easily see through the facade behind this.
Unfortunately, the world is filled with ignorant, forgetful, and careless individuals. All it took to erase the shame of defeat was a few scandalous news to shift their attention. And with the superpower controlling the media from behind the scene, all they need is a phone call or two.
As for Zhang Qin Feng's side, it was more worrying. He had expected that they'd have to be on alert once the battle started at all times.

"No worry about that, boss. The outline of this Carrier is almost done. As we're talking right now, the electronics for this monster is in the assembling process. The control and training program is also almost done, so all we need is just putting everything into the ship, and it will be ready to move."
"By the way, Department Head Marvin said that you should take this back. Inside the headgear was the schematics for Builder's Frame, and he said it will be useful for you." Mark said.
