It seems there's a reason why Jason Deng noticed these people's arrival instantly when they came to this island to do business. Out of the 200 people arriving from the Horusian Republic, 150 registered to start a business here.

Perhaps this was expected far ahead by the people from Oceana Alliance, and they're willing to use the name of New Panem to test Marianna's tolerance.
Zhang Qin Feng ordered the Naval Force to move out in full strength in response to their threat. The five newest models of Patrol Boat, codename Assailants, were taking the lead with their average speed of 30 knots.
With ten CIWS Turrets ready to open fire at any time, Zhang Qin Feng dared to say that his five new ships could fight equally against ten Oceana Alliance Ships.

"The Marianna Government will take this as a blatant provocation on our ability to protect our country's interest. All ships without approval to sail in the Marianna Waters shall move their ship out from our territory right now before Marianna's Naval Forces opened fire at them." Jason Deng said.
His warning quickly arrived at the upper echelons of the Oceana Alliance. But it seems that they're not taking this issue seriously. The exact copy of the announcement has also been given to Dongcheng, Han Country, and New Panem.
Even the media worldwide received a copy of this statement.
About half an hour or so, the five Assailant-Class Patrol Ships finally arrived in firing proximity with the Oceana Alliance Naval Forces. Using the same announcement again, the Commanding Officer patiently read out what was declared in the statement.
"I repeat. This will be your final warning to sail out of our Marianna's Territory. We will be opening fire if you do not comply!" the Commanding officer said.
But even after giving them a warning, the forces from the opposite side are unwilling to move away. To make thing worst, their CIWS turrets is adjusting and targeting at the five Assailant-Class Patrol Ships.
"Sir!" the communication channel connected to an office inside the presidential palace.
"Commander Mason, you have the right to open fire. Take out all threats before you, over." Zhang Qin Feng said while pressing the reply button.
"Affirmative." there's a hint of delight behind the captain's reply.
After fifteen minutes, a report soon came back to both Jason Deng's office and the Oceana Alliance HQ.
(Two destroyers, four frigates, and eleven Patrol ships were destroyed in an engagement happening at the border of New Panem and Marianna's sea.)
