"Boss… Two of our team caught a boat trying to smuggle some immigrants into our island. Their number is between a hundred people."
"We've captured all of them, including the smugglers. What is your instruction?" the acting director of the security forces said.
"A hundred people? Keep them in the facility until I arrive. I might have something in mind." Zhang Qin Feng replied.
