Chapter 251: Mobile Command Center (2)
"What would that be?" everyone asked as this was the first time they see something as eccentric as this design. Of course, it was toned down by a little by using Stein's guidance when he was drawing to fit into this world's crafting ability.
The reason part of the design was removed was to allow this vehicle to be produced without trouble. After all, some of the features found on the game itself were pure fiction and were not applicable here in real life.
But for Zhang Qin Feng to create something like this from the game he played before as an inspiration was worthy of praise.
"This is something that came out purely from fiction stories. From where I came, we have something we call games. There are many kinds of them, and this is just one example. Some can even get deployed into a factory and start producing pieces of equipment and vehicle straight away." Zhang Qin Feng said.
"There's something like this in your world?" Satella asked. As someone that came out from the Soldier's Cloning Program, she had all the basic knowledge about the military before the apocalypse. Still, not a single thing she knew can be related to Zhang Qin Feng's vision.
"Nope. We have a temporary base on land, sea, and air, but not as sophisticated as this. As I said, this is pure fiction. The one I made here was just a simple design that still needs to be refined again and again." Zhang Qin Feng said.
Then, he describes the uses of such a facility while they're out there.

This was what it was called, even back in his world and the game. Their functionality was mainly to create a temporary standing point for those on a mission to have a base of operation.
Of course, trying to achieve something more than this was impossible, based on their grasp over this world's technology. The main reason for Zhang Qin Feng to introduce something like this was not to create temporary bases everywhere but to keep his people safe while they're outside.
This Mobile Command Center Vehicle he created would be acting just like a special force's operation vehicle. But on the size-wise, he had it enlarged slightly, to the point it was taking close to two lanes of the road.
The inside of the vehicles would be equipped with the most specific feature such as foldable beds, meeting room, electronics, and storage space. If the end product can be upgraded slightly, Zhang Qin Feng had the vision to add a working forklift over the side of the vehicle's back.
This so-called forklift can disengage from the vehicle and assist in moving heavy debris along the way.
But that was not the Mobile Command Center's main feature. Since this design was made to ensure control over the motorway, the most crucial part of this vehicle is the wall feature on the car's head.
It will be a deployable wall at least 10 meters long on each side. Including the vehicle's own diameter of around five meters width, each one of the Mobile Command Center will be able to create a 25 meters width wall when fully deployed.
This would be more than enough for them to make the road inaccessible entirely from one side to prevent the zombies from swarming at them in huge numbers. And putting safety as part of the concern, the wall has to be at least 3.5 to 4meters tall.
The size of the wall would be a challenge for those working in the Heavy-Equipment Factory. They have to start making this Mobile Command Center from scratch and the oversized, overweight walls that can be deployed around the vehicle.
But after listening to Zhang Qin Feng's suggestion, they felt that there's a fire burning in them. Especially Victor and Marvin seem eager to start creating something according to this sketch.
There is no doubt that everyone will have more to do after tonight. Furthermore, Zhang Qin Feng right now has no way to return to the modern world. It would be literally impossible for him to try to do anything 30,000 ft above sea level.
The Wind Base will start to have problems with materials unless they begin to find a way and collect as much as they can back to the base. Even if the collection process works, they'll need sufficient manpower to process the material for them to be of use again.
Without solving these problematic issues, it will be impossible for them to get everything running smoothly.
Zhang Qin Feng knew that it would be pointless for him to talk about this right now. Instead of breaking their spirit after telling them about the idea of getting things done, he would instead take some time to see what he can do.
According to the inventory report in his tablet computer, what they had now is enough to build one of the Mobile Command Center, but not the walls and the second car.
"Let's finish our discussion here for now. I think everyone has an idea of what you had to do, so I'll let you all cooperate with each other without me monitoring you guys. From tomorrow onwards, I'll be going out with Satella and help her side."
"Let's keep each other updated daily until this Mobile Command Center is up and running!" said Zhang Qin Feng.

"Feng, you have something in mind, correct?" Satella gently rubbed Zhang Qin Feng's chest while speaking to him. It's been too long they didn't cuddle with one another because of their hectic and packed daily schedules.
"How did you know that?" Zhang Qin Feng gives her a kiss on the forehead. He's indeed searching for an efficient way to deliver the resources back to the base for processing. He knew that it cannot be done on his own, even if he's exploiting the system's dimensional capabilities.
"How long have I been your woman? Do you think I won't know what you always look when you're in trouble?" Satella moved and sat on top of Zhang Qin Feng's crotch.
"I know a place with something you might find interesting. Let's go over there tomorrow and check it out." Satella said.
"Alright. Anything you say, my beloved." Zhang Qin Feng nodded. But that was not the end of their night. It wouldn't be complete unless Zhang Qin Feng made sure he fed her properly until both of them were asleep.
