Chapter 230: Capture

After pressing send on the smartphone, Zhang Qin Feng drove Wang Yufei's car out of the car garage and went straight to the upper district where the problem is happening. It took him close to twenty or so minutes to arrive at the scene.
Before getting out of the car, Zhang Qin Feng took a lanyard with a card with him. It was a temporary identity tag with the Dongcheng National Security number on it. With this card in his hand, Zhang Qin Feng has the right to capture anyone suspicious or troublemaker without notice.
His position is no different from undercover police with that fundamental right to protect public interest and safety.
"I'm here at the scene. Where are you all right now?" Zhang Qin Feng texted Captain Hu while stopping random people for some clue about what's going on. After a while of asking and listening, Stein came up with a quick summary.
From the look of it, the dispute was caused between Hei Mang, one of the leaders of Xuanwu Gang, and Sha-Guang, the third boss of Black Ironhead Gang. The reason for their dispute is mainly due to territory issues.
Although this place is not a prime location like the Southern District, it has its attraction. Due to this, the members of the two gangs were summoned to participate in this turf war. The winning side will be looking after this zone from now onward.
Zhang Qin Feng soon received a reply from Captain Hu when he was getting closer to where the dispute occurred. Close to thirty soldiers from Tianhe Special Squadron surrounded them with riot shields in case they're intended to escape after everything is over.
"Captain Zhang," Captain Hu approached Zhang Qin Feng with a salute. Due to safety reasons, only the officers standing by behind the riot shield holders turned around and greeted Zhang Qin Feng.
"What situation we're in? How many people are expected to be involved in this?" Zhang Qin Feng asked.
"About 100 people from each side. We had three minor roads blocked by some officers to prevent them from escaping. Everyone else is still here because we're expecting them to come this way after their dispute ended." said Captain Hu.
"As my senior in this matter, are we allowed to use force and subjugate them before the matter gets worst?" Zhang Qin Feng asked. He knew that the armed forces have a slightly different policy but weren't too sure about them.
"We could, but with only 40 people here, it's one officer against five. Not everyone is a superman like you, captain." Captain Hu said. He shook his head slightly while answering Zhang Qin Feng's question.
They can take action, but not in this situation. Against 200 plus armed gangsters ranging from knives to bat and spiked mace, all it takes is a hit on the officer's head to get taken out from the fight.
Even if all the officers had their training, one does not have 100% protection over their head. No matter how well trained a soldier is, they're only capable of one to two blows right on the head.
"Good enough. As long we're allowed to take action, that's enough. Let's catch some swine back to the jail." Zhang Qin Feng cracked his fist and said. But he's yet to finish with what he's going to say.
"Get a few soldiers and turned the truck around. We're going to transport these guys back." Zhang Qin Feng added. Jumping almost two and a half meters off the ground, Zhang Qin Feng went past the riot shield line and made his way into the fight.
"All stations! Get ready to tighten the enclosure! We're going to catch these swine back into the cage!" said Captain Hu as he ordered a few soldiers to drive the trucks over. Even the police trucks were used to fit two hundred or more people.

People from the outer side mysteriously fell unconscious without bothering which gang they're associated with. In Zhang Qin Feng's sight, everyone here belonged to one of the gangs. By relying on his high Response and Foundation Status, Zhang Qin Feng quickly took out a few of them in a quick and straightforward move.
By the time those fighting in the middle noticed something was wrong, its already too late.
"The police already get this close to us? What happened?" the one known as Sha-Guang was the first to notice that fewer people are fighting around him. As someone who used to scheming all the time, Sha-Guang knew that something is wrong.
Meanwhile, Hei Mang noticed the irregularity a little later than Sha-Guang. And that lateness was a fatal mistake when Zhang Qin Feng stands literally two steps away from him.
"Who the hell are… Urgh…" using his elbow to teach the bugger that sneaks behind him, Hei Mang was confident about taking the sneaking individual out. But he soon regretted his decision as Zhang Qin Feng's fist came in beautifully on his stomach.
That blow almost forced whatever he had eaten for dinner to come back out through his throat. Luckily, he still had some strength in himself and pushed the acidic content back to where it should.
"It's you!" Hei Mang's eyes opened wide as he remembered the person standing before him. But before he can continue with what he intended to say, Zhang Qin Feng's next attack already came and took him down before he had chances to defend.
Having a fist straight to his lower jaw was almost fatal as Hei Mang lost consciousness straight away from that hit. The sight of Hei Mang fell from two attacks caught Sha-Guang by surprise as his head was filled with a single thought.
"RUN!"
The bald Sha-Guang immediately tried to escape.
But like Hei Mang, he lost his chance from the moment he saw Hei Mang was taken out by Zhang Qin Feng. That's because Captain Hu is already waiting for him, with the line of Riot Shield officers blocking his path.
"Oh… Fuck…" that's Sha-Guang's last worst before they were all captured.
