"Yes. It was booked under the name of Zhang Qin Feng. A traveler from Dongcheng." he replied.
"Please give me a few seconds… Yes, there's the record of your booking in our system. It is a double-size bedroom, seven-night stay, breakfast inclusive. Would you like to upgrade so you can use the gym facility and laundry as well?" the receptionist asked.
