Lenny turned to Ciri on the altar.

He walked up to her.

When he looked at her, he really had conflicting emotions.

The reason was because he now understood the circumstances of things.

In all that had happened, Ciri was not the bad guy, but rather, she was the victim.

This was also clear when she attacked him the first time.

Back then, she had called by the name, 'Holy one!'

It was because he used holy power, and she suspected that he was sent by Ella.

It was truly a misunderstanding at the time.

Secondly, Lenny could tell that the original Ciri, at heart, was a good person.

This was seen when he tried to get the invitation stone from the pocket space.

There were countless opportunities for her to end his life, but she did no such thing.

Every time, the Minatours would only beat him silly and then kick him out of the pocket space.

Ella had said that the invitation stones were connected to their owners hearts. This was apparently not a lie.

Lenny had done very wicked things, but that was because there was always the propelling factor of a good thing pushing it forward.

He did not want good people to die. In fact, that was one of the very reasons he came to this world.

He was here to liberate the humans from their unjust suffering and enact revenge for his master, Lucifer.

And here, before him, was a truly good person.

However, the system was going to award double points on all his stats for her death.

An offer that was as vital as it was attractive.

Just like the time that he had used those babies for bombs while escaping, Lenny sighed as he told himself, "It's all for the greater good."

Besides, even though she was a good person at heart, she was still an instrument of destruction and was used as such.

This was the sin that saw to the end for many, many people.

The weight of this was as crushing as a boulder.

He waved his hand, and his katana appeared.

He walked over to her head as he raised it up.

Ciri saw this, and she nodded. "Even though it became our curse, we are glad we freed our big sister from Ella, and we died for loving her. We will join her soul on the other side."

Ciri closed her eyes in acceptance of her faith.

"Yes, you will!"

With a sharp and effective swing, Lenny brought the blade down to her neck.

However, just when his blade was to end her, he paused as a thought he had ignored sprang into his head.

A big smile appeared on his face.

"So that's what it means..." He spoke to himself as he nodded his head.

Immediately, he reached for the other half of the invitation stone Ella had left behind.

He brought out his own from the storage unit.

Slowly, he brought them together.

There was suddenly a blinding red light as both stones attracted one another.

And then they instantly merged together.

Ciri opened her eyes, surprised by Lenny's sudden change of heart.

Lenny looked at the blood moon in the sky.

It was about to come to an end.

He was not sure if it would work, but it was better than nothing.

And at the very least, he still had the option of waving his sword for the kill.

Instantly, he did it.

He brought it down.

The moment the invitation stone touched the altar, it seemed to have life of its own as it suddenly glowed a mesmerizing hue, and instantly, there was life in the entire altar again as the light from the blood moon was pulled into the invitation stone and into her body.

The atmosphere was suddenly filled with an eerie magical feeling as the pillars all seemed to come to life with the runes luminance on their bodies.

The pillars stretched closer, as if to blanket Ciri's body.

Slowly, she floated into the air.

The earth shook, and the mass of negative magic that had been gathered in the air crackled with black lightning.

Instantly, it shot for her body like a slither of hungry, aggressive snakes.

It slammed into her body, wrapping her in a mixture of black and red.

With only half the invitation stone, she needed to wait a long time for sufficient energy, but with the full stone, it was not a problem.

Lenny waited and watched as she was wrapped in so much energy.

The power of which soon ruined the altar.

Some of it splashed on Lenny, but he quickly protected himself with a wave of his hands as white flames went about his body.

Soon, the rumbling became bigger, and it threatened to break the entire domain as Ciri was lifted into the sky.

Because of the lightning, Lenny could not see it clearly, but soon it happened.

Ciri's body and soul went through changes.

Far off, Lenny could see that the light of the blood moon soon became the silver light that everyone knew and was used to.

Instantly, the crackling in the sky stopped, and Ciri slowly floated down.

As she did, Lenny saw a figure unlike any he had ever seen.

She no longer looked little and immature.

No! She was a full woman.

The blasting energies from the transformation had ripped off any piece of clothing she had at all.

And in the soft embrace of the silver moon's light, a celestial enchantress descended from the heavens.

Her form was a sensuous fusion of elegance and curves that could only ignite primal longing.

As she graced the earth gently, her skin, like spun silk, radiated a delicate luminescence, an embodiment of desire itself.

Her every movement was a languid dance, an ode to seduction that left the very air trembling with anticipation.

Cascading tendrils of ginger-red hair dance around her like molten fire, a fierce contrast to her porcelain skin.

On sight, one could tell that she was a symphony of exotic allure, a vision that awakens the senses and sparks untamed passions.... Ciri had been reborn.
