There was suddenly a little rumbling and Perseus patted him on the shoulder for him to turn about.

Athena was the first to rush forward.
She made a huge jump into the air.
The snake aimed for her and rushed to eat her up in mid air.

Moving with incredible fortitude in the air, she managed to, by a few inches dodge the upper jaw of the Giant snake.
Her blade stabbed into the center of it's head and with a sharp pull, she used the blade in the body of the Giant snake to slow her down her descent to the ground.
It was an incredible sight to behold.

The giant Snake hissed in pain.
However, it's torture was still yet to come.
Perseus came next, sending bolts of electricity through the beasts body on contact.
After him was Hector, and then Crusher, before Lenny.
Every one of them made a hit.
However, none of them lingard more than necessary.
This included Lenny.
It was a swift injury and then a rush to move on.

There was a lot more in front of them.
These were all experienced fighters.
They understood what it was like fighting a group of enemies.
The goal when fighting a group of enemies was not sticking to one opponent.
In this manner, they could burn out necessary energy.
It was to inflict enough pain to make the current opponent incapable of fighting and then leaving as immediately as possible.

Next was a giant Gorrilla.
This one reminded Lenny of a certain movie.
However, it was only about Fifty feet in height.
It punched downwards, but Athena dodged it's attack without even looking.
Her incredible senses had already mapped out a safe zone that she could navigate through without much difficulty.

They still faced two more creatures before they managed to reach the cave.
But they still made it.
However on entering, Athena was shocked to see what she saw.

It was a girl.
Lenny recognized that she looked just about 16.
At least that was what he thought.
Then again, age was an illusion in this world.
After all, this body he occupied was just seven about to be eight.

The girl wore a simple green dress that covered most of her body.
She had long curly ginger hair that followed like a waterfall down her shoulders.

Of course, this vulnerability added extra to her charm and prettiness.

This cave was not so big, just about ten meters in diameter.
