401 Ultimate Evil
Alex and Danny opened their eyes with disappointed looks on their faces. They were hoping to defeat Aten and consuming his core would push them to the next level but strangely it wasn’t enough. The power needed by demon Lord twins to evolve is far much more than they expected but can they keep fighting like this all the time? Even now they needed to rest after spending the entire day fighting.
Only by looking up did they realize it was almost night.
The sun was setting and they needed a good rest. Below them was a pyramid of white and black sand.
The entire terrain had changed to suit their appearance and what they represent.
“We have really become gods… we just killed a god” Alex muttered in realization.
He wasn’t talking about these self-proclaimed gods of the world.
This was an actual deity who has existed since the beginning!
Even though this felt good, Alex and Danny did well not to get lost in the moment. They looked toward the distance with frowns on their faces as they pondered on everything that happened today.
They wondered what Eve had to do in all of this or why demons were fighting deities now.

It felt like they were drawn into a war far beyond their expectations. Even Alex couldn’t help but feel skeptical about participating in any war. They didn’t know what they are fighting for, who they are fighting for, and why they are fighting but yet they strangely felt their thoughts on the matter doesn’t really matter.
They will be pulled in any way.
To achieve their goal they need to destroy and recreate.
Gain power and fight.
It’s impossible for their actions to go unnoticed.
But that didn’t mean they didn’t feel anxious. They have only lived as mortals and barely five days as gods. They are being pulled into a battlefield they are not familiar with.
“We will focus on what we can do…. I suggest we defend” Danny said and Alex frowned.
“Defense is good but for how long? Until we are overwhelmed? The best defense sometimes can be an offense. We keep pushing, keep destroying and let their imaginations paint our image in their heads. That will make them hesitant to attack since they know these people are willing to fight back” Alex said.
“And what if they can win?” Danny asked with a frown.
“Not all battles are fought to be won. So what if they can win? Any side that comes will most likely not be ready to pay a heavy price just to subdue strangers. Their enemies will definitely capitalize…” Alex said thoughtfully.
As long as the enemy is not willing to suffer a heavy price to deal with them, it’s unlikely they will attack. As long as they can portray the image of a powerful group, that means they can deter other sides from attacking.
“To do that we must divide and conquer. Show an image of strength…” Danny instantly picked up on his intentions.
He was not called an Ainsworth for nothing.
“Hmmm… Doing this presents two possibilities for the enemies. They can choose to believe this is a singular entity showing strength by raiding territories at numerous locations…” Alex said.
“Or they can believe this is a new organization powerful enough to threaten the entire God realm” Danny added and Alex nodded in approval.
“Can we rest?” Alex asked with his fingers crossed.
“Do we have a choice?” Danny asked with a raised eyebrow.
For some reason he and Alex lowered their guard for each other and expressed their deepest thoughts and that allows them to understand each other well, it makes it unnecessary to hide secrets and easier for them to communicate.
“Chill… with the power accumulated from this battle we may not be at peak condition but we are not far from it…. There is nothing to fear” Danny said with a calm smile as the two began making preparations to open another long-ranged spatial gate.

Spatial ripples exploded between the duo as they began opening another spatial corridor, tearing it open slowly but far more easily than before. With the boost in their strength after reaching the peak of the archangel level they could deal with these things with less effort.
Xiu!
The duo jumped into the spatial gate and vanished, leaving behind an empty conquered territory!
While they traveled through the spatial corridor they looked out at the terrains through the spatial cracks. After traveling for a minute or so, the terrain changed, revealing a strange ripple that forcefully dragged Alex and Danny in!

Alex and Danny frowned as they appeared in what seemed like a world of chaos and destruction. Explosions erupt around them and finally deities and demons battle in the sky above.

The duo frowned as the same thought struck their minds at the same time. They looked up to see what they could consider the most gorgeous woman completely naked
All over her body were snakes slithering and hissing rhythmically. She looked at the duo with interest visible in her eyes and a seductive smile on her face.
“You are the ones who claimed the sin of Gluttony. Twin demon Lords at that, I must say we are really lucky this time. Not long after your rebirth you killed Aten. While he may be a mere pawn in this battlefield, it’s still admirable” The lady said with a wicked smile.
Alex and Danny frowned at her words and their eyes turned completely black and white respectively as a powerful repulsive force exploded from their body as they stretched their hands and released their power at the woman without hesitation!

Their powers erupted fiercely but even then the lady didn’t budge. Her seductive eyes were still on the duo as If she wanted to claim their souls.
“This lady is scary,” Danny said with a frown.
“She is the embodiment of evil….” Alex admitted with a frown as he felt terrified by the dreadful aura coming from this one person. How can someone have such energy around her?
