388 Sanctuary
“Permit us to leave? Hmph! That is not your decision to Make!”
As the two glided close to the ground surface while racing towards the spatial gate, Danny bellowed furiously and clasped his hands together.
“Mirror core: Mirror realm!”
In just a moment it seemed as if the world turned into a world of glasses as images of red palms shot toward the original attack.

Danny spat out a mouthful of blood and almost lost concentration, risking falling to the ground but Alex grabbed onto him with a calm look on his face. Even back in the mortal world, on earth when they fought against the flower god, he noticed using the mirror powers cost Danny a lot back then, but he wasn’t too surprised it would cost him a lot to use now.
Swoosh!
“You are not alone!” Alex said coldly as his hands flickered and the ground vanished revealing a world of countless stars, suns, and planets.
Universal core: Territory!

Alex punched forward, launching his territory at the enemy attack without fear.
Boom!
Following the explosion was a bright light that spread far and wide, covering thousands of miles before vanishing abruptly.
Wooosh!
From the thunderous explosion to an unnatural silence, the Reboot God stood in the heavens with a cold look on his face. They had created a fifty meters deep crater from this clash but there are no bodies.
The duo escaped!

The Furious Buddha was forced to calm down and consider the implications of letting these people get away. He closed his eyes and considered his next option and only after pondering for a while did he open his eyes.
His gaze shifted towards Feng Xi, Lord Xi, and Paquin and his body vanished, reappearing where the trio was surrounded by a barrier constructed by their combined energy. They looked deadly pale and could barely stand.
His body seemed to cross a large distance in less than a second, as he appeared in front of them almost instantly.
“Return… Check on the lower factions…. I need a comprehensive report on our losses today!” The Reboot God said coldly and vanished without bothering to get a response from them.
“Did they survive?” Paquin asked.
“Based on his expression I would say, yes,” Feng Xi said with a deep frown while she dusted her robes.
“If those two survive then we will have a major problem to deal with in the near future,” Lord Xi said with a terrified look on his face.
He seemed to have a deep-rooted fear for all those involved with the Black flame emperor, that’s why he even put in a lot of effort to convince the high gods to make Alex an offer even before he ascended. His fear of Alex lay beyond Alex and more of the black flame emperor. No one could tell what must have happened to make him this way.
“Do you doubt the Strength of the Reboot God?” Feng Xi asked with cruel eyes and Lord Xi paled even more.
He has been the one assaulting her with allegations of treason, this is the first time she has directly attacked him using his method.
“That… that’s not the case, I swear!” Lord Xi panicked and Feng Xi could only reveal a cruel smile.
“Then there is nothing to be worried about. Let’s head back and do as we are told, or we won’t even be alive to debate our loyalty” Feng Xi said before shooting the spot where Alex and Danny were before the collision of the attacks.
Within the loud explosion, she heard a painful cry within all of it so she knew they got hurt badly, normally they shouldn’t survive such grievous wounds but outside the fact they both have healing abilities, they are far tougher than they look.
She quickly turned and left with Lord Xi and Paquin, not bothering to look back anymore.

A few years has passed since Danny’s Ascension and the once chaotic battlefield was now taking form. The victors have already decided a year ago as the forces of the gods were forced to retreat into a planet specifically developed for this reason.
Should a time come when they are pushed to this level of desperation, they are to run into the sanctuary dedicated to the gods.
By the law of the world, a deity is allowed to showcase his power within the territory of his sanctuary so they turned an entire planet into a sanctuary.
This planet was surrounded by a barrier that prevented attacks of any kind but allowed people to enter the planet. Somehow it could detect threats and filter them.
“Of course it’s possible, we are dealing with gods here,” A Man in a silver robe said with his hair fluttering in the wind while he gazed at the planet intently.
Little Alex and Creed stood by Silver’s side as they kept looking at the last stumbling block in their plan to wipe out all believers of the old gods.
“Going in there we will see gods far more capable than they are. The restrictions of the world on sanctuaries are lesser that is why every god demands a sanctuary in empires or kingdoms they choose to protect. That was a way of declaring that kingdom its territory.
Turning an entire planet into a sanctuary for gods, meant the entire heavenly host might as well come down on them should they step foot on that planet.
If they don’t enter anyway, they will be forced to watch as these people grow over time and become strong enough to fight back.
By that time Creed and Little Alex may have ascended and Silver will be alone. While he is confident in his strength he would rather not take chances and deal with this now while he still has powerful allies by his side.
Behind the trio were entire fleets of their forces patiently waiting for their gods to make a decision.
“We will enter alone. Just the three of us, since the constraints of the world are loose there, then our power will naturally max out and go beyond the king level which is the highest one can reach in the mortal realm” Silver said with sharp eyes.
