187 Chapter 187: Emperor
When Alex was supposedly hurt, many tried to heal him but failed. At first, he thought the wounds were just too advanced but after experiencing Vendetta’s upgrade ability, he finally realized why something this amazing happened.
After combining the two secret combined techniques, his body which is no longer that of an ordinary human body was simply trying to adapt to the power. Vendetta’s upgrade power did not heal him, instead, it just accelerated the process.
With the adaptation process completed, Alex realized his blood had turned golden and his power level has risen to the SS ratings! The fusion of the two secret techniques was incomplete yet they were enough to raise his power to that level.
But it is still incomplete!
Only after reaching the SS ratings did he understand how weak are. According to the Danite in his head, the world has a ranking system for the strong. That’s the Baron level, Viscount level, Earl level, Marquis level, Duke level, and King level. The fact they were using ancient noble ranks was still disturbing but he didn’t argue and chose to listen.

Funny enough the so called General class Danite they captured was only at the Viscount level at best. Yet it had terrifying powers. If he can achieve their levels and upgrade his strength, humans may have a chance against the Danites.
His body hovered with the energy from the power core surging into his body. On his head was the hell cat which remained silent and laid flat on his head with its eyes closed. It looked like it was sleeping but anyone paying attention would realize its closed eyelids shivering from time to time.

“So what do we do now?” Vendetta said with a frown.
He wasn’t willing to let men fight on in the front lines and die just to buy more time. The fact that they were tricked and so many have already died should be more than enough but Alex didn’t respond. He wasn’t responding anymore.
“Have everyone retreat but slowly. Here will be our last stand.” Silver said calmly.
“Going for broke... I get that” Vendetta said before leaving the room.
At that point, Danny appeared. Seemingly, phasing through the wall. He wore the silver mask on as he shot the unmoving Alex a glance before turning his attention to himself.
“Do you think he will break through in three days?” Danny asked with a frown.
“Impossible...” Silver answered as he shook his head in disapproval.
“Then what do you want now? Why would you have them withdraw?” Danny was a bit confused.
“Because even if we give him a month, he may not break through... so why prolong the inevitable?” Silver said casually.
“Do you think we can win? I need an honest opinion” Danny asked with a frown.
“Do you wish to see Tracy die?” Silver asked in response.
“No!” Danny said without hesitation.
“Then we don’t have much of a choice do we?” Silver said with a smile on his face before walking out of the room and Danny followed

“Retreat? Haha! Funny that’s what we are doing already... okay... okay... cool... I will catch up to you guys later” Emperor stood at the top of a building and watched the allied African forces fleeing. He sincerely regretted not having the culture create a deviant force of its own. This battle would have been much easier. He pushed his phone back into his back pocket before pulling out a walkie-talkie.
“Have everyone retreat. You don’t have to worry, I will cover the retreat” Emperor said with a sly smile.

He jumped off the building, shooting towards the ground like a dart, smashing into it and standing boldly. He watched as their soldiers ran past him with a confused looks on their faces as they ran. Behind them was a horde of enemies racing Towards the retreating forces and a cruel smile bloomed on his face.
“GET BACK!” Emperor spoke in his usual tone but his voice sounded like thunderstorms.

Suddenly an invisible force pulled all the approaching enemy forces hundreds of meters without hesitation.
“The word of an emperor is law.... You can not resist my power” Emperor said coldly as he walked toward the army with a sly smile on his face.
The Danites and their familiars all struggled to stand on their feet. Seeing Emperor approach, they all wore fierce looks as they reached for their weapons but their body suddenly froze!
“AND WHO SAID YOU CAN MOVE?” Emperor’s voice boomed once again.
“DIE ALL OF YOU!” Emperor said coldly and instantly, all of the Danites pointed their weapons at their familiars while the familiars struck at their masters!

Blood splattered everywhere, washing down the street while Emperor stood on moving with a smile on his face. His face seemed relaxed and calm but his eyes were as sharp as that of a serpent as he gazed into the distance with a fierce look on his face.
“How long do you still have before you lose the blessing of your leader?” Bishan appeared, with a frown on his face.
“SHOW YOURSELVES!” Emperor said coldly, ignoring him!
Almost instantly all the hidden soldiers bearing the Indian flag appeared with a blank look on their faces. The same as what the Danites had too.
Seeing this Bishan frowned. He lead his army behind the Danite forces, he didn’t expect he would meet Emperor here, and even if he did, no one has seen Emperor’s power so he wouldn’t have prepared for it in any way.
“You wouldn’t dare!” Bishan growled as his eyes blazed with a brown aura.
“When I got the information, I felt betrayed... I wouldn’t have thought something like this will happen, even when the fate of the world is at stake.” Emperor said with a frown but even then the soldiers couldn’t move. They all stood there like mindless puppets.
“We only made a decision best for us!” Bishan said coldly.
“That is not the problem. I wouldn’t have been pissed if you joined the other side. But was it necessary to ruin the effort of others and steal our lives from us? Do you know how many people have died because of your actions?” Emperor said coldly
Hearing this Bishan frowned. He could feel the tension rising and he was sure he won’t be able to cast his power before Emperor says the word. His face was covered by beads of sweat as he gazed at Emperor with pleading eyes. This was not part of the plan!
Who would have thought such a godly ability exists in the culture? It is similar to that of the second member of the God sect!

“They have nothing to do with this! They don’t have to die!” Bishan growled while referring to his men under Emperor’s spell!
“Then my people who died should be alive. They also have nothing to do with this... DIE!” Emperor whispered lovingly.

Countless gunshots and explosions could be heard as bodies were littered around Bishan who was left stunned and speechless. He gazed at a two hundred strong, highly skilled forces dead even before they had the chance to show their skills.

Bishan growled like a beast as a divine figure appeared behind him like a gigantic avatar! Its palm descended towards Emperor who remained standing with a frown. His abilities are absolute against those he is stronger than but against people above his level, he can only prolong the inevitable. Fortunately, he had no plans to fight here!

Kidd appeared behind him and grabbed him by the shoulder, vanishing without a trace!
