After Phisovia handed the baby fairy over to a shapeshifter nurse, I punched the building's large door, causing the protective magic to crack. The guard soldiers looked like they wanted to warn me, but Phisovia pointed at them, forcing them to shut up.

"Seriously, if he really doesn't want me to come in, then he should put a lot of guards in this place." I punched the barrier again, making the crack even more enormous. "He's very confident with this magic, huh?"

On the third hit, I managed to break the barrier completely. I then kicked the door so hard it burst open.

"Keep the baby outside," I ordered. "I don't want her to be upset hearing the old leader's yelling. We must keep her condition as stable as possible because she was just born and is the result of engineering. We will only show her to them when things calm down."

The soldiers guarding inside didn't have time to do anything because Phisovia tied them to the floor.

"We will not obey your orders! It was you who destroyed our nation in the past!" A bald elf, sitting on an oversized chair at the far end of the room, snapped. "We will never acknowledge your power! That fairy is a fake! You will definitely take advantage of us!"

"You look outside, Neldor." I continued walking to the elf with that wrinkled face. "You will see the glory of your nation return."

"I was the witness when you abused the fairy!" Neldor growled. "We didn't do anything to you! We were nice to you! But you paid back so badly!"

I stopped just a few feet from Neldor, then glanced at the other officials at his right and left. They just stood while looking down.

"I still remember when you greeted me and gave me food five hundred years ago, Neldor." I continued. "You, and the two elves who showed me the way before that, were the ones who made me think that the elf nation could really be worth saving."

Yes, he is the guard of the great garden I visited five hundred years ago when I was waiting for the fairy.

"Now let me ask you." I sighed because the expression on the elf leader's face didn't soften. "What will you get if you reject me? You will live like this forever! I performed a miracle!"

And he then spat in my face, but I dodged it by tilting my head.

"We would rather die than live under your tyranny, you filthy demon." Neldor's mouth trembled.

"It seems the others disagree with you." I glanced at the officials again. They looked shocked, apparently not expecting what their leader was saying. "Well, I'll help them because you can't let your ego down."

I punched the old leader in the face, forcing him to fall from the chair. The elven women immediately screamed hysterically.

Phisovia still uses her hair to keep things under control, so no one intervenes.

"This is my reward for my kindness, huh!?" I kicked his stomach before he could speak. "I've been patient and haven't used violence because you elves are special to me!"

I kept kicking his stomach.

"Please, stop it, my lord!"

I stopped, then turned to the short blue-haired elf who had just shouted. She looked at me with tears in her eyes.

"I know you have a good heart, my lord." That woman spoke in a hoarse voice. "Otherwise, you wouldn't have helped my grandmother and her family at that time."

I raised an eyebrow. "What did you say?"

She gulped. "Back then, you gave a bag of money to a child, right? She is my grandmother. Because of that money, they could build enough business to help the other elves."

"Ah, I see."

"No…." Neldor groaned, trying to get up. "It's just a ruse…."

I kicked his head hard, and it knocked him out.

Not feeling satisfied yet, I hit the chair with carved tree roots that had been occupied by Neldor. Little bits of it flew around, and I kept doing just that.

I then backed away, looking at the almost shapeless object.

"Don't fight me again," I said. "Now, you must obey my orders no matter what. This is in your best interest as well. Is that clear?"

Hearing no answer, I raised my voice. "Do you understand!!!"

"We understand, lord Vorn!!!" Finally, the elves answered me in unison.

I then turned to Phisovia. "Would you be willing to lead their moving trip, Phisovia? I actually wanted one of them to do it. But I've had my doubts after this incident."

The red-haired succubus bowed. "Of course, my lord."

Ah, that means I have to postpone our wedding. She must be disappointed. The trip to the base, with this many people, was too time-consuming.

"Did you hear that?" I asked the elves. "You will follow all of Phisovia's orders before there is a new leader among yourselves."

"We understand, Lord Vorn." They answered in unison again.

I then pointed at Neldor. "He will come with me. He will stand trial and receive the punishment he deserves for disobeying my orders."

My subordinates then lifted the old elf's body.

Phisovia added. "All of you are so special in Lord Vorn's heart. So, Lord Vorn still gives mercy to your former leader. This kind of crime should be punished by death. Don't waste his kindness."

"I'll give you three days to get ready before leaving." I walked to the center of the room. "If anyone still wants to live in this slum, go ahead. But you won't get any help."

I stopped near Phisovia and whispered, "I hope you don't mind, honey."

She wore a faint smile. "It is for your dream too, my lord. I will gladly do so."

I tapped her on the shoulder and continued my speech. "I'm only helping you all. In the end, it's you who will build the glory of the elves again. Keep that in mind."

I then whispered to Phisovia again. "I leave everything to you, Phisovia. I will provide reinforcements to you immediately."

"Alright, my lord."

I then exited the building, finding many residents standing outside, all looking at the baby the shapeshifter was holding.

I took over the baby, then waved at them. Those elves cheered with joy

"Lord Vorn! Lord Vorn! Lord Vorn!!!"
