Hiana laughed while Vorn's demons she controlled chased people in a city. Shouts of terror filled the air.

"Why are you doing this, sir Mozius!?" A soldier confronts a minotaur. The horned creature looked wild and drooling. "We've guarded this city together and spent time in the bar! We're friends!"

The minotaur slashed the soldier's head with his gigantic sword, not caring at all. Then he goes after his next victim.

"Lord Vorn!!! Save us!!!" A woman screamed with a cry. "Where are you!!?? Please, come here!!! Your underlings are no longer who they really are!!!"

Hiana snorted. She had caused destruction to this extent, but Vorn's name was still being mentioned.

Maybe it would be faster if she obliterated Vorn's palace. However, she wanted to enjoy these moments, destroying what Vorn had built one by one before finally doing it with a big bang.

And what the fuck did Vorn do? Instead of creating destruction after destruction, he made people worship him instead.

Hiana doesn't understand, is that kind of thing fun?

She walked, hopping and singing, enjoying the sight of the fires, the destroyed buildings, and the blood that had been spilled.

This is the true definition of fun.

Her mouth formed a wide smile. She felt the arrival of someone special.

A wyvern came from a distance, then landed in front of Hiana. Instead of attacking, that creature just ducked.

And then Velvet jumped off its back.

Hinata raised an eyebrow. The veins on Velvet's face were so tense, her eyes widened, and her breathing was so heavy.

"Wow, scary." Hiana chuckled. "I've never seen a prophet so angry as you."

"I'm not a prophet anymore." Velvet pointed her gun at the woman. "My husband showed me a more correct path than the path I used to walk."

"Husband?" Hiana's eyes widened. "Don't tell me Vorn is your husband."

"And you will have to pay for killing him." Velvet pulled the trigger, shooting heat at high speed.

Hiana dodged, and the heat exploded as soon as it hit a house. Then she laughed again, this time louder. "Amazing! This is going to be exciting!!!"

Velvet kept shooting at her enemy, but Hiana kept dodging it. The demon woman didn't attack back and just laughed.

However, her laughter stopped when her upper arm was grazed by the former prophet's shot.

Instead of being annoyed, Hiana laughed crazily. "Great! You're finally starting to follow my moves! Too bad this isn't my actual speed!"

Suddenly Hiana was very close to Velvet. But the dragon lady was ready. She had changed her weapon mode to a sword.

Before Hiana could do anything, Velvet thrust her weapon forward, forcing the demon woman to dodge.

And part of Hiana's hair flew because of the attack. She just kept dodging the thrusts her opponent made.

Over time, their movements became more and more difficult for ordinary human eyes to follow. Velvet continued to jump high, chasing her enemies.

"Don't play with me!" The former prophet snapped. Her face began to be decorated with gold and red scales while her eyes had turned yellow. "I will kill you!!!"

Suddenly Hiana catches Velvet's sword. It's something that should be impossible. That thing is made of high-pressure heat. No one should be able to hold it.

"This power... You're a dragon, huh?" Hiana sneered. "You're getting more and more interesting. And I didn't expect to hear death threats from a prophet."

With one push, Hiana threw Velvet so far that it crashed into a building after building until it was destroyed.

"Hope she doesn't disappoint me." Hiana yawned. "Ah, I forgot to ask her name."

Rumbling filled the air. A giant explosion occurred where Velvet landed. And that made Hiana even more excited.

"What surprises are you going to give me!?"

The flames from the explosion formed the figure of a colossal beast, solidified, then became a gigantic dragon. The earth shook as the monster roared.

This time Hiana took the initiative to attack first. She was circling in the air, about to do a kick, but Velvet shot her with a fireball. Hiana's body was blown away by the explosion.

And Velvet doesn't stop there. She kept shooting fireballs from her mouth, causing Hiana's body to keep flying through the air.

The climax was when Hianna fell on open ground, and Velvet bombarded that demon woman with more and more fireballs.

Explosions continued, making sounds like giant thunderbolts, throwing dirt into the air.

Thick smoke rose up after Velvet finished. The ground turned pitch black and full of holes, dotted with blazing flames. The dragon flew low to check the situation.

However, she couldn't find Hiana anywhere.

Then, the female dragon felt something strange on her left wing, causing her flight to wobble slightly. Turning to check it, she found that it had a small hole.

And after a while, that part hurts.

Hiana flew at high speed and pierced Velvet's wing again, this time to the right.

The demon woman continued to fly with increasing speed. Velvet became even more confused because she couldn't follow her opponent's movements. The holes in her wings increased in number.

The former prophet roared, and her body turned into flames.

"It's not over yet, is it?" Hiana stopped almost instantly. Her body was already naked because all her clothes had been burned. "I expected a lot from you…."

Velvet shot out of the flames, assumed her half-dragon form, then grabbed Hiana's neck.

But Hiana didn't move at all. She instead grabbed the dragon woman's hand.

Then the demon woman threw her opponent's body. The rumble echoed aloud as Velvet hit a hill, shattering it to smithereens.

"You've grown a lot." Hiana flew down to the dragon woman. "But you can't fight me now."

Velvet jumped up, trying to attack Hiana with its glowing claws.

"I'll still be waiting." Hiana raised her hand, and suddenly Velvet's body stopped in the air. "You still haven't reached the level I expected…. Hey, are you crying? You seem to really love Vorn, huh?"

The dragon woman's tears continued to fall. "You took something from me. I will never forgive you."

Hiana spat to the side. "Gross. I never understood what love is. Why tie our existence to others? It's better to think for yourself."

"That's what makes you nothing compared to Lord Vorn." Velvet hissed. "You are just an empty existence, only able to destroy."

"Tsk." Hiana snorted. "Perhaps you are the worst prophet I have ever fought. If I don't see your potential, I will kill you right away. Well, but it's quite fun. You made me use this telekinetic power even though I didn't have to. Just think of this as a little showcase of my true power so that you can anticipate me in the future."

Hiana made a slight pushing motion. Velvet's body was sent flying, and it landed heavily on the ground again.

"Bye." The demon woman stretched her body. "Like I said earlier. It's quite fun. But I still expect more from you."

She just flew away, out of sight.

Velvet then stood up with difficulty, feeling pain all over her body. She wiped away her tears, then took a deep breath. Slowly but surely, her body returned to normal, her scales disappeared, and her tail vanished too. Standing naked amidst the crumbling grounds, she looked up and whistled.

Not long after, a wyvern came and landed near the prophet. She took out the communication book from the pouch attached to the beast's body.

"I lost completely to her." The dragon woman contacted Ayre. "But that bitch is gone. She said she would wait for me to get stronger…. Same as before."

"We didn't expect you to beat her." The shapeshifter general let out a long breath. "The important thing is that you managed to get Hiana out of there. So we can eradicate those brainwashed demons."

Velvet jumped onto his wyvern's back. "Yeah, you sent me because I was the least likely to be killed by her."

"Sorry, looks like you will be doing tasks like this a lot." Ayre continued. "This chaos is getting crazier. More and more cities are being ravaged by Hiana."

Velvet controlled the wyvern to fly up. Her eyes fell on the city that was already in ruins.

The former prophet's memories go back to the past when he destroyed the capital of the nation of Ascaind.

"Was there no other way to prevent this?" The dragon woman asked.

"If we withdraw the demons from the cities, the rebels will attack those places." Ayre sounded increasingly tired. "And our chances of winning are only by awakening Lord Vorn or if you can match Hiana's power."

Velvet rubbed her face and started to leave that place. "Is there any progress from our two missions?"

"Ritor and Phisovia have led troops to invade the Grionni kingdom. We have also started manufacturing devices to explore the sea."

"That's great." The dragon woman accelerated her mount. "I'll be on standby, waiting for that bitch to make her move again."

"Don't be hard on yourself. Don't forget to rest."
