Candice was outside the prime minister's residence, standing near a horse-drawn carriage. She looked at the dark blue pill in her hand. Never in her wildest dreams did she think there would be a moment she might have to use that thing.
The pill was basically that forbidden potion, but it had been condensed and had a much higher concentration than usual. No one has ever tried it, so no one knows what effect it will have.
Some eyewitnesses saw Velvet enter councilor Gerald's house before the first explosion. And after that, a giant dragon appeared. It doesn't take high intelligence to connect the two things.
It is possible that Velvet turns into a dragon and goes berserk.
The pink-haired mage turned her gaze to the flames burning from a great distance. She hoped that the information she had heard was wrong and that Velvet was still okay.
However, Velvet's faith level is solid. The prophet can't go on a rampage like that, killing the innocents.
"Let's go." The prime minister, a woman with a wrinkled face and short gray hair, came out of her house with her husband, a man with a bald head. "We must leave here immediately. Whatever it is, we can't allow this country to experience a government vacuum."
Candice bowed. "I will protect you, Your Highness. And if it is the prophet who caused this disaster, it's my duty to stop her."

Velvet no longer knows how many times she shot those fireballs. The fire had already spread through the city, and people were running away, screaming in fear.
However, some just knelt on the ground, interlocking their fingers. They have surrendered, just waiting for God's help.
Velvet is too focused on what she's doing. The only thing on her mind was destroying those damn people.
She blew up a building again, but her eyes found the horse carriages fleeing. From the luxurious shape of those means of transportation, she knew that one of them was carrying her last target, the prime minister.
The dragon woman was about to release the umpteenth fireball. But suddenly, her eyes were dizzy, and her wings felt heavy to flap. She swayed when she was about to chase the carriages.
Has her time run out?
However, Velvet did not want to give up. She would only be able to rest easy once she finished this thoroughly. So, she forced herself to keep flying after the group.
Unfortunately, her body couldn't cooperate anymore. She really struggled to fly properly.
And then the fire started to come out of her body. At first, she still wanted to maintain her form, but she couldn't take it anymore.
Ultimately, her large body became flames, right when she caught up with the group.
From within that large flames, Velvet dived and landed in front of the group, causing a massive crack in the streets and a loud crashing sound.
The carriages and the mounted guards immediately stopped. The neighing of the horses filled the night air.
Velvet was standing in the middle of the road with a naked body emitting smoke. She no longer looked as gentle as a prophet should.
Some parts of her body are now decorated with shiny red and gold scales. Her eyes were still yellow with thin vertical pupils, her hair was the same color as her scales, and sharp fangs were sticking out of her teeth.
Then, what most distinguishes her from ordinary humans is the big and long tail on the back of her body.
The guard soldiers had stepped forward and prepared to face the prophet. Most of them looked terrified and shocked.
How can a prophet look like a monster?
"Move aside. You guys can't fight her." Candice walked out of the group. "Let me deal with her. You guys focus on looking after madam prime minister."
The soldiers exchanged glances. And finally, the prime minister gave an order from inside a carriage. "Follow her words. We better get out of here now. We leave everything to her."
Candice swallowed the blue pill, making her mouth fill with overwhelming bitterness. Her gaze remained focused on watching Velvet. The prophet was standing still with her head down.
The group began to reverse direction, and Candice twitched. An excruciating pain appeared in her chest.
And it was much more torturous than after she drank the usual forbidden potions. If not for the circumstances, the mage would have knelt down and screamed in pain.
"Hey, Vel. How dare you get naked in public like that?" Candice's mouth let out a bitter chuckle. She spoke like that to hide her pain, as well as buy some time before the pill took effect. "Well, at least those scales cover your nipples and pussy. You don't really do any indecent act…."
"Get lost, Candice." Velvet cut off her friend's words. The tone of her voice was flat and cold as ice. "I don't want to fight with you."
As the prime minister's entourage drifted away, Candice chuckled again. "You know that's impossible, right? One of my duties is to look after you when you get out of control."
"You know they are responsible for Adrian's death, right?" Velvet finally raised her face. Her gaze was sharp, but her tears also began to flow. "And they are evil, Candice. They are mortal sinners. If I really am a prophet, it is my job to eradicate them."
Candice sighed, tapping her magic staff a few times. Chunks of dirt came out of the ground and gathered together. "Maybe you are right, but they are the ones who make this country run. Without them, there is no order, and this country will be shrouded in chaos. People will fight for power, and lots of blood will be shed."
Those chunks of dirt kept coming out and sticking together to become big, even covering Candice's figure.
"Then I have to beat you, Candice!" Velvet shouted to counter the loud roar of those chunks. "I won't allow anyone to get in my way!"
Those combined chunks of dirt started to condense, so they became smaller. But other chunks kept popping up from the bottom, joining that thing.
Velvet ran towards her opponent.
"Come on." Candice bit her lip while the figure she made took on the shape of an armored woman.
Velvet's gaze grew fiercer. "What are you doing, Candice!!??"
Even though it's body not fully formed yet, Candice's earthen doll has moved to attack Velvet using a reaper.
