"Sect Master, can you finally please explain to us now what is happening? Why did you ask Elder Shiu and Disciple Darla to form arrays around Elder Lane's smithery?" Elder Rene stepped closer to Senior Lin as he asked with a solemn face.

Senior Lin watched as Darla and Elder Shiu worked together in a fast but precise manner and after taking a deep breath he explained everything, dumbfounding all those that heard her words in an instant.

"What? Creating God Essence?! That is the greatest bullshit I have ever heard!" Elder Lane refuted what Senior Lin just said and quickly added, "God Essence is something only the Legendary Blacksmith was capable of creating, and since she had vanished a long time ago, taking her knowledge with her too, no one ever before was able to create God Essence! Even forming Life Essence of a High-Quality ore is a great challenge to every Grand Expert much less a Life Essence of a Supreme-Quality ore!"

Everyone nodded with agreement when they heard Elder Lane's words as despite not having as much knowledge as him, all of them had a basic understanding of forging thus they understood completely what he was talking about.

However, to their shock, Senior Lin still shook her head and said, "Maybe you do not know this, but I understand Elder Khal the most out of all of us here. Although sometimes I do not understand everything he does and says, I understood he was not lying at this moment."

"But..." Elder Lane wished to say something, still hardly accepting the truth, but once he thought about it in greater detail he had to realize Senior Lin was indeed telling the truth,

After all, why would she lie much less joke with something like this? It was one of the main sect's departments they were talking about and not something seemingly worthless. Also, knowing Senior Lin for countless years already, Elder Lane knew she was not the type to joke around that easily, thus he had to accept what she was telling was indeed the truth!

"Then... if what Sect Master said is the truth and Elder Khal truly achieved a way to form God Essence, simple defensive arrays won't help us keep this region of the sect safe. We need special and extremely powerful ones that are capable of at the very least resisting a full-out attack of a peak Limit Breaker!" Elder Lane mumbled as he glanced at Darla and Senior Shiu.

"Does Sect Master has confidence in those two that they will be able to form such a solid array before Elder Khal creates the God Essence?" Elder Rene asked as just like everyone else this time his complexion was rather solemn. He knew perfectly well what a full-out attack of a peak Limit Breaker was capable of, thus they knew way too well what kind of hell would break out once the God Essence was formed.

"Disciple Darla is the daughter of a well renowned Array Master, Array Master Roice, thus she has quite an experience with arrays. We can only count on her and Elder Shiu." Senior Lin said calmly, but even a fool could see from the way she occasionally bit her lips gently that even she was not so sure and felt anxious.

"I will help as much as I can." a young woman wearing the same robes as Elder Rene or ELder Lane stepped forward and waved her hand, summoning several colorful magic circles into the air right above Silver Moon.

Her name was Elder Hina, a peak Limit Breaker cultivator and while she was not the head of any departments inside the sect, because of her Talent which let her use an extremely rare power, known as Essence Magic, which used her essence as a base to allow her fight in any kind of way she wished, she was an extremely important individual among all the Elders!

"Although they are not as strong as arrays, my Essence Circles will be able to consume some of the God Essence once it appears. I will also create a few more to enhance the arrays once they had been created." Elder Hina explained calmly.

"Thank you." Senior Lin nodded and did not say anything else. Instead, with the rest of the Elders and disciples, she began to wait and with nervous gazes watched as Darla and Elder Shiu worked on the construction of the arrays.

Some even ran to them to help, but as they had only basic knowledge they were not too much of a help.

Time passed in almost utter silence. Seconds became minutes before they gradually turned into hours and in a flash, 18 hours have blinked by almost unnoticed!

After 18 hours of hard work, Darla and Elder Shiu together with a few disciples finally finished the array around Silver Moon, and to tell the truth, it has become extremely huge! freeweb(n)ovel.com

"I knew Silver Moon was not small, but to be this big..." Elder Shiu wiped the sweat away from his forehead as he sat down on the ground, looking at his and Darla's final work with an exhausted complexion.

"Um..." Darla nodded as she too fell on her butt gently once she finished, but in contrast to Elder Shiu who was only tremendously exhausted, she looked rather fine and only a few drops of sweat were visible on her flawless skin.

"You two did a perfect job." Senior Lin and the rest of the Elders appeared at the side of Elder Shiu and Darla.

"Thank you..." Elder Shiu forced a smile while Darla just nodded as a response.

Senior Lin looked at the numerous golden carvings on the ground around the building and was ready to ask something when suddenly her token in her pocket lit up and Khal's voice appeared the next second.

"Get ready."

The sentence was short but it was more than enough to make everyone's muscles outside Silver Moon tense up.

'Everyone is gone, right?' Senior Lin looked behind her to make sure all the disciples she ordered several hours ago now were far away, and when she saw that expect Darla no one else was in proximity she nodded.

And just as she did...
