After discussing their plan, Khal went to find Miss Mary and Liza using his Jade Tombstone Secret Art in his mind, but as he saw they were not inside the city he decided to check outside.
As he could remember, Miss Mary told him they will start building their mansion close to the orphanage, so he went to see if they were there or not.
However, the moment he reached the orphanage, his steps halted and his eyes widened from pure shock.
Right before Khal, about a few hundred meters away, a huge palace which was at least twice as huge as the biggest building inside Moon Academy appeared out of thin air while Miss Mary, Liza, and Dan stood before it with calm expressions.
"W-What the hell!?"
Hearing his voice, the three turned around and looked at him.
"Ah, you are finally here. Come, let's go inside." Miss Mary smiled slightly as she gestured at Khal.
Staring at the mansion for a little while longer, Khal snapped out of his daze and walked over before asking, "How did this thing appear just out of nowhere?"
"Oh, this? It's Dan's power. It's quite a great ability, right?" Miss Mary said as she looked at Dan.
Dan just smiled hearing Miss Mary's compliment and took out a tiny item from his spatial ring which represented a small sword.
Swish!
Dan waved his hand and soon the small sword expanded in size, becoming a real sword that emitted a powerful aura.
"Dan is capable of changing any item's size with a single touch. He can even shift people or creatures to a limited extent! No matter how many times I see it I can't get enough of it." Miss Mary explained excitedly as if she was a little girl who just saw her first magic trick in real life.
"Please ma'am, you flatter me too much." Dan bowed slightly but it was obvious he felt great after the praise.
In the cultivation world, there were thousands if not more different Talents, each having their strength and weakness. However, Dan had a Talent that was looked down on as many found it useless, thus why Dan felt joy when he heard someone praising his Talent.
"Amazing! Your Talent is truly a fantastic ability! The amount of possibilities you can use that power is simply endless!" Khal agreed with Miss Mary and even felt a tinge of envy. Such a power during a fight could be a deciding factor and only a fool would think it was weak or useless ability.
Dan bowed to Khal, showing his gratitude for him before he shifted his gaze at Miss Mary and asked, "Shall we go inside?"
"Yeah, let's go. It has been a century since the last time I was I side this beauty." Miss Mary nodded and started to walk with Liza on her side, but when he noticed that Khal was still standing she stopped and asked, "You won't come with us?"
"I won't." Khal shook his head and said, "I was asked to help to kill this creature atop Moon Mountain so I have come to inform you I won't be back for a while."
"I see... Just make sure you won't do anything dangerous or reckless."
"I won't." Khal nodded and looked at Liza for a second before he turned around and walked away.
Miss Mary noticed this and glanced at Liza, but when she noticed the glint in her eyes she looked at Khal's departing figure with a mysterious smile on her face.
'Oh? How interesting...'

After telling Miss Mary and the rest he won't be around for a while, Khal went to the bottom of Moon Mountain where he waited for Jas and Logan to arrive while practicing his movement and weapon techniques using his surroundings as a practice field.
Although he had Secret Arts such as his Dance of The Celestial Snake and Ghost Slice which boosted his strength, he realized his arsenal in the field of techniques was rather few.
So for in a case where he met with an enemy capable of countering these Secret Arts of his, Khal wanted to expand his skills, hence he will have more ways to fight. Also, this is why he asked for a Realm Level Secret Art from Jas to begin with.
Closing his eyes, Khal summoned his Devil Fangs into his grasp and took a deep breath before he began to move with insane speed.

BAM!
Time passed quickly, and once the moon emerged Khal noticed as two figures approached him from the distance thus quickly stopped moving and unsummoned his weapon.
Once Jas and Logan were close enough to Khal, both of them noticed the hundreds of cutout trees and the fissures on the ground, causing a frown to appear on their faces.
"What happened here?"
"I just was to happen to practice. Nothing extraordinary." Khal replied calmly while he wiped the sweat off his face.
"Nothing extraordinary?" Jas raised a brow and glanced at the surroundings for one more time.
'How the hell do you call this as nothing extraordinary? It feels as though two powerful experts have fought here not a long time ago!'
"Anyways... Can we start going or do the two of you wish to talk more?" Logan on the side suddenly asked, looking at the two in front of him with a calm complexion.
"Yeah, let's go." Khal nodded.
Thus, the three started to ascend Moon Mountain together while killing Beasts one after another with relative ease.
After climbing through several boulders and walking through forests, the three finally arrived before this insanely huge and smooth-surfaced mountain wall, which only had a single cave entrance carved into it which looked obviously artificial.
"We have arrived. This path will lead us to the gates and the beast that guards it," said Jas and looked at Khal and Logan before continuing, "Then as planned, we will wait here until dawn so let's rest until then."
Khal and Logan nodded and both of them sat down, recovering their strength in silence as both of them knew the following fight won't be an easy one and if they were not rested they could quickly lose their lives.
