Liza and Miss Mary hugged each other for several minutes straight before Miss Mary loosened her grip only to see as Liza refused to let her go.
"Come on, it's not like I will disappear or something like that." Miss Mary chuckled as she put her hand gently on Liza's.
Liza however just tightened her hold, seemingly fearing that Miss Mary will indeed vanish, but as she knew that was impossible she let her go and stepped back, tears still flowing down from the corner of her eyes.
Miss Mary seeing her like that shook her head helplessly and wiped her tears away from her face before she looked her up and down and said, "You have indeed become strong. You will soon become a Real Cultivator."
Liza wiped the remaining tears away from her face and nodded, but instantly asked, "Where were you? I thought you were... Dead."
Just as Khal, Liza too failed to understand how Miss Mary was alive, which of course was only natural.
Miss Mary, however, instead of answering right away stepped to the side and gestured toward the table, and smiled, "First, let's start to eat. We can talk during that too."
She then sat down and gestured toward Khal, Liza, and Rubie to join her.
Liza looked at Miss Mary and the food in silence, but after seeing as Khal has already sat down and started to eat she had no choice but to sit down too.
Once all three of them started to eat, Miss Mary started to explain everything that happened to her and why she had to pretend her death.
She even told her about the Skybreakers and Khal's bracelet, which Khal agreed during their trip back to Moon City.
When Liza learned Khal's source of power she looked shocked and speechless, but quickly became relaxed again, seemingly relaxed too.
"Now I can understand why you have no cultivation presence and your ridiculous growth perfectly," said Liza calmly as she looked at Khal.
"But this means you really do not have any Talent? So you have really failed to acquire one during the Ceremony?"
Khal after swallowing down the piece of meat he shook his head and said, "No, I didn't. My real Talent has been sealed away by the relic."
"I see..." Liza nodded, seemingly deep in thought.
After a while later, Liza directed her gaze back at Miss Mary and asked, somewhat hesitantly, "And... What will you do now? Will you leave again?"
Miss Mary stared at Liza for minutes, which only made Liza feel even more nervous, but soon smiled and shook her head.
"I won't. Although there will be times I have to go back to the Western Continent, I decided to stay here, with the two of you."
When Liza heard this her eyes brightened up like stars and asked, "Really? And where?"
"I have already decided on this matter and I will build a mansion close to where we have lived." Miss Mary replied casually.
"A m-mansion?" Liza looked stupified as she knew that building a mansion was not something anyone could do. It needed not only the permission of the Cultivator's Association but also needed a tremendous amount of money too!
Miss Mary obviously knew what Liza was thinking, thus quickly chuckled, "Don't worry, Dan has already settled everything."
"Dan?" Liza frowned, but shortly realized who dan was and glanced at the butler on the side.
Feeling get gaze, the butler called Dan bowed and said, "It's a pleasure to meet with the Young Miss. If you need anything in the future, please don't hesitate to ask for my help."
"S-Sure..." Liza nodded and smiled, "It's my pleasure too. Also, thank you for protecting her."
"That is only natural. If anything would happen with ma'am I can't even imagine what would happen." Dan said calmly.
Then the three continued to talk, and after several hours later when all the food was eaten the three left the restaurant. However, just as they stepped outside, a figure appeared before the five.
"Logan? Why are you here?" Khal asked as he didn't expect him to appear?
Logan looked at Miss Mary and Dan next to Khal for a second before he averted his gaze and said, "Do you have free time? Jas wants to talk with you."
"Jas?" Khal frowned, wondering what the old man wanted from him, and glanced at Miss Mary.
Miss Mary however just smiled and said, "Just go. We will be fine."
Khal pondered for a while before he nodded and after saying his goodbye he followed Logan away.
"So? What did you need me for?" Khal asked Jas once he was inside the room.
Jas smiled seeing Khal being so casual before him and said, "Before I say anything else, let me congratulate you on becoming a Celestial Ruler. Your growth is just as ridiculous as ever."
Hearing the word Celestial Ruler, which referred to the Ninth Cultivation Stage Khal looked surprised and asked, "How did you know I have succeeded?"
"It was not that hard to figure out. Your whole being leaks confidence which was never around you when you left."
"I see..." Khal nodded and waited for Jas to continue.
"So about the reason why I called you here, is because I want to ask you a request." Jas continued, now looking serious once again.
"A request? What do you want me to do?"
Jas smiled when he heard Khal and asked, "Can you remember about that strange building you saw back on Moon Mountain?"
Khal remained silent and nodded.
"Well, we went to see if it was real or not, and we indeed found it. What's more, we even found the sole gate that leads the way inside, but..."
"But what?" Khal asked after seeing that Jas didn't talk even after several seconds.
Jas sighed and continued, "But we failed to get close to it much less open it as it was protected by a terrifying beast, way stronger than the both of us combined."
"Stronger than the both of you?" Khal asked with a raised brow, and thought, 'Then it must have been a beast which has already reached the Tenth Cultivation Stage."
