The three stood before the entrance of the staircase in silence, thinking about what they should do.
After a while later, Khal sighed and glanced at the two on his side before starting to walk toward the stairs.
"The two of you will stay here, I will go down and look around."
Deva and Baylie hearing what Khal just said snapped out of their daze and quickly ran in front of him to stop him.
"What are you guys doing?" Khal raised a brow when he saw that the two tried to dismiss his intention of descending into the next floor.
"As we were given the task to protect the Young Master, we won't let you descend onto the next floor!" Baylie said with a firm stance, but it was obvious he didn't want to use force.
"Yes, you are correct." nodded Khal and then crossed his arm before his chest before saying, "You were given the task to protect me and not to prevent me from accomplishing what I have come for. So please step aside, I will enter the next floor."
Khal's words made the two feel startled and somewhat hesitant, but in the end, they still looked unwilling of letting Khal go.
"Sigh..." Khal sighed deeply when he saw that he has failed to make the two move, thus waved his hand gently.

"What... is this?" the two looked around and stared at the infinite galaxy around them with confusion.
However, the very next second as everything around them changed, the whole world suddenly began to spin, causing their vision to turn blurry while an almost insufferable pain pierced their heads at the very same time!

Both Deva and Baylie fell onto the ground with their hands on their heads, feeling as though someone was trying to open their skulls open from the inside!
Khal, on the other hand, just walked past the two with a nonchalant look, and without saying anything to them he descended onto the second floor.

After an unknown amount of time, when Khal was no longer around and his Stellar Domain has also vanished, the two slowly stood up from the ground, both holding painful expressions.
Though, once they realized what really happened with them, both looked at each other with stupified expressions before rushing after Khal with insane speed.
Meanwhile, on floor three hundred, Khal stood motionlessly in the middle of a small island, while what he could see all around him was nothing more but crystal clear water where the bottom couldn't be seen at all!
"Just what is this floor? Also, where is that creature? I can't detect any of its presence at all." Khal asked himself quietly, but soon heard several footsteps from behind him which made his sigh slightly.
"Young Master! You have to come back with us fast or els-"

However, just before Deva could have finished her sentence, the water's surface exploded and a huge creature representing a half-sake and half-dragon emerged with a terrifying presence.
"ROOOOAAAAR!!"
The two behind Khal immediately paled upon seeing the creature roaring toward the sky while Khal's complexion looked rather stiff.
'A World Devourer?' thought Khal with surprise as he recognized the beast from his book, but soon smiled and thought, 'Although it is indeed stronger than those at the peak of the Ninth Cultivation Stage, it has yet to reach the Tenth Stage so this is my chance!'
As he reached that thought, Khal summoned his Soul Piercer into his hand and without hesitation fired an abyss black arrow at the creature's head!

The beast noticed the arrow fired at it, which immediately angered it, hence why it quickly opened its humongous jaw wide and roared at the arrow.
"ROOOAAARR!!"
With a thunderous roar that shook the entire floor, the World Devourer summoned a powerful shockwave in the surrounding air, which erased Khal's arrow in a flash!

Khal widened his eyes with great surprise seeing this, but as the shockwave was still flying toward them, ready to shred their bodies apart into thousands of pieces, he quickly summoned his Devil Fangs and waved it.

An enormous explosion appeared between Khal and the creature, causing the water around them to become chaotic and form waves as huge as tsunamis in the distance!
"Young Master! We have to go back... NOW! We stand no chance against that monster!" Deva shouted at Khal from behind even though she just saw that Khal was on equal terms with the beast with his cultivation base.
However, Khal just simply ignored Deva's plea and activated his Heaven's Eyes before waving his weapon twice.

Numerous explosions appeared around the serpent's huge body, tearing deep cuts into the flesh of the beast that began to bleed right away, painting the crystal clear water into the color of deep red!

Deva and Baylie froze motionless seeing as the creature had been injured, no longer able to suppress their shock.
Let alone the fact that Khal was only at the Eighth Cultivation Stage and yet he succeeded in injuring the beast that was obviously stronger than an average beast on the Ninth Stage, he even used an attack that Deva and Baylie failed to detect!
This simply made them feel at the loss of words and stare at Khal as though he was no longer a human, but a monster instead!
However, their shock was not long-lived as soon after Khal injured the beast, the creature made a thunderous cry toward the sky before leaping toward the island, ready to devour them with a single bite!

Khal seeing this knew they were now in real trouble, thus quickly raised his weapon and swung it.
However, this time he fused almost every bit of his Body Essence into his attack, while also activated his Hell Blaze and Stellar Domain at the same time.
