Before the scroll that was shining with black light, Khal stood motionlessly before he took a deep breath and started to talk.

"I, Khal Nevio, vow before the Seven Supreme Existence and promise I will never betray Tinera while helping her regaining her past self together with her real body until my power let me do so! If I ever dare to break this oath, my body, soul, and spirit shall be obliterated from all Realms!"

BAM!

TREMBLE!!

Right in the very next instant, Khal watched as the scroll on the table exploded with black light, while the whole room shook as a powerful quake appeared out of nowhere!

Meanwhile, right above Moon City in the sky, the milk-white clouds suddenly split open while a black pillar of light descended from the unknown and pierced the rooftop of the house, exactly where Khal and the scroll were located!

"Huh? What is that? Black thunder?"

"I don't know, but I have never seen something like this before. Maybe someone triggered some kind of special enlightenment during their cultivation or used some kind of powerful Secret Art?"

"You are maybe right, but we won't know the truth until we don't go and check it out ourselves, right? Let's go and see what that black thunder really was."

Similar conversations proceeded all around the Academy, even inside the city, and almost all of the people decided to not guess around and head toward the location where the black thunder struck.

"What was that?" Jas who sat inside his room with Logan looked outside the window and watched the spot where the black lightning struck, stupifying him deeply.

Even Logan stared at the split clouds in the sky with a stupefied expression, as this was his very first time seeing such a thing.

"Let's check it out." Logan suddenly stood up and without hesitation vanished from his spot.

Meanwhile, inside his room, Khal watched as out of nowhere a black thunder appeared from above and struck the scroll, which as a result floated up into the air and began to shine with dark light! Hell, it couldn't even be called light at this point as it was darker than ink, like the deepest color of an abyss!

Bam!

After a few seconds later, a shockwave broke forth from the scroll which soon rolled up on its own before a golden symbol manifested in its middle that Khal couldn't understand nor had he seen it ever before.

[We are done here. Now I hope you can believe me.]

Nova talked once the scroll descended back onto the table, lying there as any ordinary scrolls except for the golden symbol that sealed it with a mysterious power.

Khal nodded as he now really believed Nova without any doubt remaining in his heart.

"Though, who are these Seven Supreme Existences we talked about during our promise?" Khal asked Nova, curious to find out the meaning behind the Seven Supreme Existences.

[The Seven Supreme Existences? Umm...]

Nova remained silent for a while, and soon she began to talk, but now with a not-so-sure tone of voice.

[As you may have realized thanks to that book you obtained, there exists a total of Seven Realm, six known by almost everyone while the seventh is hidden from all the races that exist.]

[And each of these Realms has their own rulers or you can say guardians, known as the Supreme Existences. They have the strength that far surpasses my own, a Celestial Existence's strength, which is simply stupifying!]

"How come neither I nor any of the Cultivators present heard about this?" Khal asked Nova, his brows lowered into a tight frown.

[Because their names only appear from the Fourth Realm, where your race has never been ever! In fact, not only yours, but almost 80% of the existing races didn't reach that Realm, so it's not surprising that there are no records of the Seven Supreme Existences in the Lower Realms.]

"I see, and how can I find them? You said each Realm has their own Supreme Existence, acting as guardians, so I should be able to find them here, right?"

However, this question of his only made Nova giggle gently before talking.

[Haha, if you think finding a Supreme Existence would be that easy, then I would have done that long ago.]

[Though, I don't deny the fact you can find the First Supreme from this planet, I just simply state you won't be able to. They exist in a separate dimension inside the Realms, meaning, you need to find their entrance into their dimension which can be anything! A piece of rock on the street, a hidden cave behind a river fall, a door, chimney, or window on houses, or even a single leaf atop a random tree!]

[There is no way you to find them, or at least not until they wish for you to find them.]

'...'

Khal turned speechless once he heard Nova's explanation, as it was indeed shocking!

'To think such things really existed... This world is truly full of mysteries and wonders, waiting to be discovered!'

After pondering for a while and also digesting the tons of information he learned from Nova he wanted to ask something when suddenly someone began to knock on his door.

"Who could this be?" Khal frowned, wondering who could possibly know that he lived here.

"Jas? Logan? Why are you here? Did something happen?" Khal asked the very instant he opened his door and recognizing the two individuals before him.

Jas however didn't answer him immediately as he scanned the room behind him with a hawk-like gaze, but soon frowned and asked, "What did you do?"

"Huh? What do you mean by what I did? I did nothing." replied Khal right away, even turning around to look around his room.

Jas and Logan frowned when they heard his answer, but as they found no damage inside the room, nor they noticed any strange aura in the air, they turned to look at Khal before Logan explained, "There was this powerful black lightning that appeared and struck this place a few moments ago, and we believed something dire must have happened, but it seems, we were wrong."

"Black lightning?" Khal asked, but soon realized what they could have possibly seen.

'So that black lightning appeared not out of thin air but from the sky? And it even pierced through this building without causing any harm or damage? Just what was that black lightning?' Khal asked himself, but as he saw Jas' and Logan's sharp gaze he just smiled and shook his head.

"Well, I don't know what happened, but as you can see, neither this room nor I was struck by that black lightning you have seen, so you can be at ease."
