Chapter 1182 New Main Quest, Four Ancient Dao Seals
Continuing to keep an eye on the situation on the stone platform after the being in the dark miasma had been suppressed, Xuan Hao was shocked to discover that the old man had begun to repair the part of the seal that had shattered.
Given the difference in strength between the old man and the seal itself, it should have been impossible for him to repair the seal. However, he seemed to have the help of yet another strange artifact that allowed him to borrow a power far beyond what he could wield at his current cultivation realm. Allowing him to freely manipulate and in turn repair the damaged part of the seal.
Even then, it was obvious that the old man had a rather extensive understanding of the Dao of Formations. Far superior to anyone he had ever seen before. If not, it would have been impossible for him to repair the damaged seal.
With this in mind, Xuan Hao decided to try and see if he could learn anything from observing the old man working on the terrifyingly powerful seal.
"Almost there…"
Unaware of Xuan Hao observing his work on the seal, the old man didn't pay attention to anything other than the dark miasma below him and the part of the seal that he was currently doing his best to repair in the limited time he had managed to buy for himself. Understanding very well that it would be impossible to touch, let alone repair the part of the seal that had been destroyed if the being in the dark miasma was attacking the seal.
Although it would be impossible for the being to do anything to him, it was more than capable of preventing anyone from repairing the part of the seal that had already been destroyed, it was also because of this that the old man had decided to use his strongest move at the start and forcibly suppress the being in the dark miasma. Hoping that he would be able to buy enough time to finish repairing the destroyed section of the seal.
ROOOOAR-!
Unfortunately for the old man, he didn't have time to finish recreating the destroyed part of the seal before an all too familiar roar echoed out beneath him.
"So fast! Did the other seals perhaps also weaken!?" Exclaiming in a somewhat surprised voice as he saw the being in the dark miasma reemerge only a short time after he had forced it down, the old man was forced to stop after only repairing half of the section that had been destroyed.
Boom-!
Not a second after he retracted from the damaged section of the seal, did the being hidden below violent crash into the newly created divine formation symbols-
Rumble-!
However, having already been connected to the rest of the seal, the newly created divine formation symbols lit up in response to the attack of the shadowy being. Shinning with far more power compared to the rest of the divine formation symbols before working in tandem with the rest of the seal to force back the being in the miasma with slightly more power compared to before. Showing that the overall strength of the seal had improved following the work done by the old man.
Although the strength didn't increase by a lot, it still showed that the old man did indeed have the ability to repair the seal.
"Looks like I won't be able to continue the maintenance of the seal any longer, but at least I managed to deduce that this shouldn't be the only seal that has weakened more than expected…" Muttering this to himself as he frowned while looking down at the being in the dark miasma below violently smashing into the seal that was shinning brightly as it kept the being in place, the old man suddenly turned to glance back towards the entrance to the underground space where Xuan Hao was currently watching the ongoing situation.
Of course, given the difference in their strength and the fact that Xuan Hao had actively hidden himself, the old man didn't notice him and was instead just lost in his own thoughts as he thought about something.
"Maybe I should check up on the other seals? I still have a bit more divine blood left…"
Whoosh~
As the old man seemed to come to a decision, he jumped off the stone platform and made his way towards the entrance of the underground space where Xuan Hao was hiding. Ignoring the rampaging being in the dark miasma below, understanding that it was still far too weak to do anything about the seal in the short term. Especially now that he had managed to slightly increase the strength of the seal…
Other seals? Divine blood?
At the same time, Xuan Hao was left even more confused as he heard the old man mention the existence of something called divine blood and more seals. Although he had encountered one other seal inside the Frozen Wasteland, the words of the old man clearly implied that there were more than just two seals around. Not just that, but the divine blood that he mentioned seemed to be vital for repairing the seal-

Just as he was thinking about what the old man had said, the familiar sound of the system echoed out in his ears as a new quest appeared in front of him.
"You finally show some signs of life?" Muttering this to himself as he left out a sigh at the rather non-existent presence of the system over the past few years, Xuan Hao ultimately began reading through the new quest, curious about the fact that a main quest that didn't involve his disciples had appeared.

Upon closer inspection, you realize that it is only part of a much stronger being that is sealed beneath the ruins of the Raging Flame sect. Understanding this, you decide to follow the old man to find out more about the being sealed so close to your sect.]

Reading through the new quest, Xuan Hao could not help tilting his head slightly in confusion. Not due to fact that he had seemingly already managed to complete half of the quest with his earlier visit to the seal in the Frozen Wasteland, but instead due to the fact that that the system hinted at the fact that the other seals were also located somewhere close to the Star Shattering Sect.
Not only that, but the reward from the system would also be able to directly increase his strength depending on what kind of comprehension it was talking about.
Ah! I can't let that old man leave without me!
Suddenly remembering the last part in the description of the quest, Xuan Hao brushed the system panel aside before rushing back out of the underground space. Intending to catch up to the old man before he had a chance to run away.
After all, at the current moment, the only way for him to find the remaining two seals mentioned by the system was for him to follow the old man as he seemed intent on using the last bit of divine blood, he had on him to try and strengthen these seals.
If he had to search for the two remaining seals on his own, he had no idea how long it would take. After all, he had not managed to find them yet… And even a seal that seemed to be randomly teleporting around the Frozen Wasteland was considered to be located close to the Star Shattering Sect. For all he knew, the other two seals might be located somewhere inside the Blue Sea Empire and still be considered close to the Star Shattering Sect in the eyes of the system.
Whoosh-!
With this in mind, Xuan Hao wasted no time as he rushed back out of the underground space before catching up with the old man who was seemingly flying in the direction of the Frozen Wasteland.
Don't tell me… Is he perhaps planning to visit the seal in the Frozen Wasteland first? But… He is far too weak to cross the formation I created-
Just as Xuan Hao was wondering how the old man would cross the formation, he had created to separate the Star Shattering Sect's territory from the Frozen Wasteland, the old man came to a stop hovering above the familiar Burning Mountain Range while focusing his attention towards a rather familiar location to Xuan hao before diving down towards without a second thought.
"This is…"
Seeing this, Xuan Hao hesitated for a short moment with a look of shock on his face before following after the old man…
