Standing behind for a few minutes not understanding what had happened to Yi Min, Xuan Hao soon shook his head before leaving the Iron Sky Kingdom. Concluding that something might have come up for Yi Min to act like that all of a sudden. Taking only a few minutes to cross the distance between the Star Shattering Sect and the Iron Sky Kingdom with his current speed, Xuan Hao arrived back in the Star Shattering Sect.

"If something she is unable to deal with did end up happening, she should contact me or Elder Song for assistance. At least, considering that she and her kingdom will now be part of the Star Shattering Sect, it's also our responsibility to ensure that nothing happens." Muttering this to himself as he glanced back in the direction of the Iron Sky Kingdom, Xuan Hao could not help wondering what it might be that caused Yi Min to stomp off like that. In the end, he guessed that she would be contacting him or Elder Song if it was something that she couldn't deal with by herself.

At the very least, considering that he didn't sense any powerful cultivators near the Iron Sky Kingdom before leaving, he guessed that the thing that caused her reaction to be some kind of internal problem.

Considering the fact that the people from the Onyx Empire seemed to know that she had left the Iron Sky Kingdom and decided to attack during her absence, it was not hard to see where this internal problem causing her to be angry stemmed from….

Shaking his head as he thought about this, Xuan Hao made his way through the entrance to the Star Shattering Sect located in the city that had been growing below the Ninth Star Peak.

The city in question was recently named during the few months he had been gone for the Blue Shore Kingdom together with Yi Min. Officially taking on the name Falling Star City to keep in line with the star-based naming of the sect and the Shattered Star Peaks.

Other than that, Xuan Hao also managed to learn that different laws had been set in place around the matter of the disciple's who brought their families to stay in the Falling Star City during his walk along the path leading to the Ninth Star Peak.

Even though it was a rather short journey, and it would be difficult to learn much from just walking without using his divine sense to try and figure out what had happened, the disciples walking along the path to the Ninth star Peak were rather loud as they discussed this matter between each other.

"How can this be?! Why would the elders decide on something like that?! Won't I have to send my family back now!?"

"Hehe, your family should be more than capable of living considering your elders are in the Core Formation Realm."

"You! Leaving the Falling Star City is already bad enough, why does your family get to stay!?"

"Hehe, because my family isn't a cultivation family, I only have my mother, father and sister, all whom are still mortals. Not like your family that numbers in the hundreds!"

"Hmph! Just because I have a slightly larger family!"

Listening to two such disciples as they made their way past him in the direction of the Falling Star City, Xuan Hao could not help chuckling to himself.

Essentially, the laws put in place by Elder Song and the rest of the sect's elders over the few months that he had been gone dictated that the disciples bringing their families to the Falling Star City couldn't bring more than a few people consisting of their closest family members.

Not only that, but there were also restrictions on how strong these family members were allowed to be. Allowing only those at the Qi Condensation Realm and below.

After all, the idea behind allowing the disciples to bring their families to the Star Shattering Sect was mainly aimed at the formerly mortal disciples who had families in the mortal world and wanted to take care of them. Not the different cultivation families who took advantage of the opportunity to bring their entire lineage into the Falling Star City and settle down with the assistance of the Star Shattering Sect.

In the end, this had resulted in a large part of the Falling Star City being overtaken by these massive families over the past few years, who had taken full advantage of the Star Shattering Sect giving them a place to live for free.

Not wanting the Falling Star City to turn into a place controlled by these massive cultivation families, Elder Song and a few other elders had jumped in and changed the laws to fit their original intent, thus resulting in the current heated discussion between the disciples who came from mortal backgrounds and those from cultivation families.

Of course, the new laws set in place didn't mean that these cultivation families had no way to enter and settle down inside the Falling Star City, it just meant that they would have to pay for everything themselves, something that most couldn't afford considering that the land sold in the Falling Star City was controlled by the Star Shattering Sect and was expensive to say the least. From some of the conversation he heard on his walk up the Ninth Star Peak, most of the land sold off by the Star Shattering Sect ended up being bought by different trading firms who wanted to set up shop close to the Star Shattering Sect or different powers who at least had a Nascent Soul Realm Expert holding down the fort.

"Hm?"

Reaching the summit of the Ninth Star Peak where the largest spiritual herb field of the Star Shattering Sect was located, Xuan Hao could not help coming to a stop with a hint of surprise in his eyes, as he focused his attention on the spiritual herbs being taken care off next to the path going over the Ninth Star Peak.

Although he knew that the herb field had developed well due to the dense qi present in the air inside the chaotic qi formation, the quality of the spiritual herbs being grown on the Ninth Star Peak was still far beyond what he had expected. Most of them at least reached the Earth Grade, while a few in the Mystic Grade could be seen further away from the path.

Using his divine sense to get a better picture of the overall situation of the spiritual herb field, he even managed to spot a Mystic Grade Spiritual Herb in the process of evolving to the Transcendent Grade, a quality of spiritual herb he hadn't heard about being cultivated inside spiritual fields before and would normally only be found out in the wild.

Of course, he didn't think it was impossible to grow Transcendent Grade Spiritual Herbs for powerful empires like the Blue Sea Empire and just thought that he hadn't come in contact with such high-quality spiritual herb fields.

For the spiritual herb field on the Ninth Star Peak to reach this level within a period of a few short years was surprising. Even when considering the dense qi present in the air for the spiritual herbs to absorb, there would also be the need for someone skilled in taking care of spiritual herbs… And looking around the spiritual herb field on the Ninth Star Peak, it became obvious that the elders taking care of the spiritual herbs all understood what they were doing and the disciples present helping take care of the spiritual herbs were being taught by these elders.

Looks like there is already a plan in place for nurturing skilled spiritual herb farmers…

Thinking about this as he observed the elders and disciples on the Ninth Star Peak, Xuan Hao could not help feeling happy that the sect was progressing in more ways than just the strength of its disciples and elders.

After all, spiritual herb farmers weren't a particularly popular occupation considering that it required a lot of time and effort, while not being as rewarding as a profession that would help improve the strength of one's soul upon reaching a certain realm.

Then again, the act of caring for spiritual herbs and increasing one's understanding of the plants might allow one to comprehend a dao related to nature in the future, it was just that it would require a long time.

Maybe for this reason, the disciples taking care of the spiritual herb fields weren't the most outstanding of the Star Shattering Sect, but even if their talent was on the lower end, it was obvious that they were passionate when it came to taking care of the spiritual herbs. Understanding just how important the spiritual herbs that they were helping grow were for the Star Shattering Sect.

Shaking his head as he thought about it, Xuan Hao retracted his divine sense and continued making his way along the path through the spiritual herb fields. Feeling curious whether or not there were other things in the Star Shattering Sect that he had missed like the spiritual herb field.
