Chapter 379 379 - Impatince pays off

After getting past the bandits, Yue and others drove continuously till mid-evening. Occasionally they had to make a pit stop to relieve themselves. at five, they stopped by the roadside. Everyone got down one by one and they had to relive themselves behind a random rock.

"Bring Zara here," he took his baby from his dad. Right after she came into his arms, she gave out a cute giggled and held out her hands. "hi baby girl, how was your little trip?"

"Hehe~" she giggled, wiggling her legs around.

"Ohh someone likes road trips." Loud shot sounds were heard close by as the soldiers were shooting down a few zombies close by.

Zara raised a brow slightly, peering out with interest.

"This world is in chaos darling, but I believe one day we can make a change. We will make it into a place where you can play and run around freely." He whispered secretly into her ear.

His little baby girl smiled softly exposing her toothless mouth.

"oh, look at your gummy mouth," he playfully kissed her paws and her feet. "Mum, did you brush her teeth?"

"Hmm not yet?"

Yue opened the door and started to wipe down her tongue. With little babies, they tend to form a white cast on their tongues, which leaves a bitter aftertaste for them. "What about your diaper? Did you make a doo-doo?" he sniffed her pants. Of course, it reeked. "Someone made a doo-doo." He carefully removed the diaper and wiped her ass down with a piece of tissue. He double-checked to make sure she was fully wiped before he put on another new diaper on her.

"Dad, I want to hold." Chen cutely whispered to him.

"You can baby, but you have to be very careful," with one hand he pulled Chen to the passenger seat and onto his lap. He gently placed Zara onto his lap.

"Little sister is so small…" Chen mumbled, holding her small fist. "I love you so much," he whispered into his ear.

Zara let out a cute gummy laugh and hugged his waist.

"Oh my god, this is cute beyond words." A loud squeal pulled their attention to the door.

Juda was standing there with a Polaroid camera. She flicked the picture and handed it to him. "Look how cute you guys are."

Fan who was replenishing the gas came up to her. "That looks good. look how handsome my husband is." He threw a flying kiss his way.

Yue chuckled, but soon he realized Juda's expression was slightly warped. She soon smiled it off.

"Is something wrong?"

"no... nothing. It's all good."

Fan gazed at her knowingly. "I'll talk to her alone," he pulled Juda to a corner. "You're bothered about something. Tell me."

"it's nothing, actually."

"I know it's not nothing." Fan raised a brow.

some kind of constant. I want to define our relationship." She said in a soft whisper.

"Fine… it's just... Tian and I, we have progressed so much in our relationship… I kind of want to move forward even more." she sighed loudly. "I know its difficult times and that I should expect much. Anything can happen at any time. That's also why I want some kind of constant. I want to define our relationship." She said in a soft whisper.

Fan knowingly gazed her way. "You want to marry her?"

"hmm…" Juda leaned against the car boneless. she sighed loudly. "And I want her to make the move. I have taken the intimate in our relationship and now I want her to bend the knee with a ring." She grimaced slightly. "I'm expecting too much, aren't I?"

"No, it's perfectly normal." Fan gently patted her back.

"I love Tian so much, and I desperately want to call her my wife. I want to boast to everyone that this beauty is mine. I don't want others to think they have a chance with her. She is mine. She is my girlfriend. I want her all to myself." Juda frustratingly kicked a pebble. "didn't you feel the same before you married Yue? So many men and women try to make a move on them. It's so frustrating."

He sighed loudly. He could remember the times he had to chase men literary with a gun. Some men did not get the memo and would even stalk Yue. All this was unknown to his innocent lover. He simply chased away his pursuers coldly by shooting at the ground.

Remembering this, he grimaced.

"I had a hard time. But things still didn't get easy after marriage. When you have a stunning lover like Yue or Tian you have to grit through your teeth and be the man in the realization. I don't remember how many times I had to chase away men with a glare."

Juda pouted. "People don't find me intimidating. Can you teach me how?"

Fan laughed. "Sorry but my techniques won't work on your case"

"Then what should I do?!"

He gazed behind her. "I think she knows what to do."

"Huh?" Juda looked back.

Tian was right behind the other car looking at them with an unknown look in her eyes.

"How long was she standing there?" Juda asked in a soft whisper.

"Ever since you asked her to bend the knee." Fan giggled mischievously. "Now is your chance. Go, tiger, ~" he walked away, giving them a bit of privacy.

Juda anxiously stood there shuffling her foot.

"I want to get married too," Tian whispered.

Juda gazed at her eyes wide open. "You… you do?"

"Yes, I have been thinking of it since you got married." She walked close and held her waist and pulled her close. "I have been on the lookout for a perfect ring, but I couldn't find one." She pulled out a chain that had a roughly melted chunky ring. "So tried to make it on my own. as you can see my marksmanship is... bad. I didn't want to give you this ugly ring so…."

Juda's started to tear up. "I… I didn't… I didn't know you were preparing this."

"I wanted to do it in secret. Who knew you would get impatient and pout about it?" she gently kissed her cheeks. "Would you be my wife?"
