Mary had a wry smile on her face. She was relieved that Xiaomao ignored her and went for the mermaids.
Then, Mary remembered that Lucky had a relationship with Xiaomao. She consoled her since Xiaomao cheated on her, "Let's forget it. He might not be aware of this. Don't be upset, Lucky."
Lucky snickered, "I'm not mad. Actually, I'm happy!"
Mary raised her brows, "You're boyfriend is cheating on you though?"

While both girls were chatting, a party girl group came down to the B10 floor and drew the sacred water from the sanctuary. Then, they looked at Lucky and Mary.

The monster girls approached Mary and Lucky. The monsters gave both of them an intestine balloon and a red cake. Then, they bowed and excused themselves.
Lucky pursed her lips while Mary had goosebumps. The latter complained, "Those things are creepy! Their theme song gets me every time."
"They're cute, though. Look at this! This is fine food!" Lucky hummed as she split the cake and gave a piece to Mary. However, the piece of cake was a compressed lump of human flesh, dripping with blood.
Mary's face was ashen. She looked away, "I can't eat that. You can have it."

"… I forgot that you were once a man-eating gnoll. Am I the only sane person around here?"
Mary watched Lucky eat the flesh cake with a pale face. She almost vomited.
