Shepherd brought out a fishing boat from his inventory. The prisoners, James, John, and Peter boarded the ship and proceeded to the island as instructed.
Because of the recent fight against the players, their names were red. However, none of the local mermen and fairies attacked them. They warily glanced at Shepherd and Magdalene, afraid of something.
The fishing boat docked at the port, and the support characters walked into the forest. However, Andrew, Lucky, Shepherd, and Magdalene waited for them on the frigate.

Suddenly, a loud meowing voice came from the other side of the island. Black miasma emerged and enveloped the entire island, including the frigate.
The four retainers of Xiaomao shivered because of the sudden drop in temperature, and their legs were petrified because of fear. No air could come out of their lung, and their heart almost stopped beating.
In the darkness, two massive golden pupils of a cat were visible in the sky, staring at the people on the frigate.

Andrew, Shepherd, Magdalene, and Lucky let out a long sigh. They took a deep breath, relieved that the mysterious god let them go.

From the bottom deck of the frigate, Fu De screamed in fear. A few seconds later, a cloud of black dust flew out of the bottom deck to outside the ship, but a massive bubble appeared.
Fu De’s body manifested inside the bubble. He shed tears of fear and despair while the bubble dragged him to the forest on Cernun Island.

Everybody gulped, watching how the nasty vampire was dragged away by the mysterious force.
30 minutes later, James, John, and Peter returned. They boarded the fishing boat and returned to the frigate. As for the 10 captured prisoners, they didn’t come back.
When the crew got back on the ship, Lucky looked at their names and level. They got stronger, and their expressions were brighter.
Lucky turned to Andrew, “Why don’t you join them? You can easily remove your curse like them.”
Andrew scoffed. He smacked his chest with his fist and pointed at Shepherd’s face.
Shepherd made an “Okay” gesture. He coughed and looked at Magdalene.
Magdalene shrugged. She patted Shepherd’s head and did something to him.

Andrew stared at Shepherd for a moment before he kicked the latter’s shin, causing the fisherman to yelp in pain. The dwarf scoffed and pointed his finger at Shepherd, then he pointed at himself, gesturing that he wanted something similar.
“I see. You don’t want freedom. You want to keep getting stronger,” Lucky guessed Andrew’s intention.
Andrew widely smiled and gave Lucky a thumbs up. He turned to Magdalene, hoping to get a similar treatment.
<Magdalene sneers at Andrew.>
<Magdalene wants spirit stones for the service.>
Andrew’s expression turned dark. He kicked another shin of Shepherd, causing the guy to jump in pain.
<Magdalene warns you not to bully her fiancé.>
The dwarf smirked. He raised his palm and slapped Shepherd’s butt, causing him to jump again.
Lucky watched the interaction between Andrew, Magdalene, and Shepherd. She shook her head and returned to the bridge and turned the ship back, preparing to return to the south.
“Are we done here? Let’s go back. We need to return to that place before master comes back.”
Shepherd nodded. He brought out a mana tank and drank it from the faucet.
While Shepherd was restoring his mana, a long tentacle emerged from the sea and put something on the ship.
Andrew and the crew were scared for a second, but the long tentacle waved its tip as if it was bidding farewell. Lucky, Shepherd, Andrew, and the other crew stared at the tentacle while they were shivering in fear.

The mysterious Cathulhu’s happy voice surprised everybody. They looked at each other, swallowing their saliva.
“L-Let’s go.”
Magdalene summoned the wind and flew the frigate back to the west of Siren City.
Andrew picked the thing that was left behind by the tentacle. It was a clean pearl, which was twice larger than an essence core crystal. He inspected it to see if it was a usable material for smithing.

A moment later, Andrew clicked his tongue as it was not something that he could use. He passed it to Shepherd before he returned to the cabin, getting ready for the journey.
The fisherman received the pearl and frowned. He looked at the item.
