Chapter 915 Chapter 915 White Mountain City

"This..." Shen Rong tried to say something but she was not able to finish her words at all. She could only look at our very own protagonist with extreme awe in her eyes.

Her reaction to the recent threat of death was just merely froze up and wait for the kiss of death to cut her neck off. The same thing could not be said to the young she just met at all.

He obliterated the masked man like a fragile balloon. It was dirty, violent, and super raw. Shen Rong gulped for a couple of times before she could find her voice once again.

"We owe you our lives, Master Clark. Words are not enough to express our deep gratitude." Shen Rong said as she bowed deeply towards our good gamer.

Even the way she addressed him changed entirely. This young man was someone who was in par with her father in realm. Perhaps even stronger.

It would be a grave disrespect for her to keep everything as it were.

"A paltry matter. Nothing worthy of anyone to speak about." Clark replied then moved closer towards the scene of death that he caused. There he found something worth of taking instead.

"WHOOSH!"

"WHOOSH!"

"WHOOSH!" An evil looking sword was wielded flawlessly into the air. Its color was pure black and it radiated a nasty aura upon its immediate area.

Nevertheless, this did not bother our bored gamer at all. It was obvious that he possessed an above average physical strength to be able to freely swing that evil looking sword.

More than that, his mind was as stable as an immovable mountain.

"Release me, mortal! You do not deserve to touch me with your dirty mortal hands!" The spirit inside the evil sword roared in defiance.

If this had been any other man then his brain would have immediately melted into goo in the first three breaths alone.

Alas, this luckless evil sword had found its match on the tight grip of our very own protagonist. Such mental torture was not enough to even make him change an expression.

"Your rubbish hurts my ears. Why don't you shut your mouth up or i won't have any problem breaking you into pieces once i return into the heights of my power."

Clark threatened and sent his own thoughts into the evil looking sword in his remaining hand.

"DING!" The spirit in the evil sword had no smart come back to that. It felt an irresistible oppression that had almost unraveled his very being into nihility.

This kind of dao heart was not something that any mortal could just wish to conjure into the present.

"You! You are a fallen immortal!" The spirit in the sword realized. Only cultivators who has reached this kind of strength could ever possess this kind of perk or influence into this world.

"Close but not quite." Clark shook his head. He looked around for some time before he found the storage ring of the dead masked man.

It was a loot that he did not want to miss especially now that he practically a penniless beggar. He dumped the evil sword inside the ring and put it on his fingers thereafter.

Once that was done, all he needed to do was continue on this halted journey.

"Hmmm... We should wake up everyone now. It's bad for us to stay any longer in this place." Clark suggested.

More than the initial reason he presented, he also did not want to meet with any more cultivation experts tonight.

He did not desire to lose any more body parts in the aftermath of these possible battles. One arm was more than enough sacrifice.

He could see that his broken flesh kept on bleeding even as he stood there.

"And i also need help on dressing my wound." Clark requested with a smile.

"Let this slave help you with that, Master Clark!" The old man Shao Jiang volunteered in a heartbeat.

He and his master all heard the conversation between our bored gamer and that evil looking sword. Our good gamer was nothing less than a true immortal in their eyes.

"I'll be in your care then, Old Shao. Thank you." Clark said kindly.

"Let me be the one to wake everybody up, Master Clark. Leave this task to me!" Shen Rong also moved at this point.

She wanted to impress this young man who the evil sword earlier has noted as an immortal. This was a once in a lifetime chance.

"Please do that." Our bored gamer nodded. And just like that, the trip towards White Mountain City suffered no more distractions.

One week later. A city that centered around a huge white mountain loomed in everyone's eyes. This place was of course none other than White Mountain City.

This was still a mortal city but different from Ocean Ale City, Shen Rong has left a sizable group to wait for her return in this city.

"Young Miss!" A sturdy looking man welcomed warmly. From the relief that graced his face, it was obvious that he had been worried for quite sometime already.

Behind him stood almost two dozen cultivators in mortal garb. This group wanted to be as discreet as possible. Thus, the change in attire was a necessary thing to do.

"Lower your voice, Cui Bo. You don't want to announce our presence here to our enemies, don't you?" Shen Rong responded in a serious voice.

She did not want to invite trouble in their midst but more than that, she did not wish to provide anymore difficulties towards the true immortal that walked amongst them.

"I understand, young miss!" Cui Bo replied and looked around sharply like a hawk stalking his prey. He did not even thought about the rebuke he had just received.

It was obvious that this man knew his priorities indeed. Our bored gamer simply nodded at this spectacle. This man Cui Bo reminded him of someone else in his long life.

People like these may be simple minded but Clark appreciated their honesty more than any other he could think of.
