Chapter 887 Chapter 887 Villainship

"Are you sure this is the right place, Mr. Jacobs?" Mr. Green asked with obvious incredulity in his face.

They were tracking the culprit that killed one of their comrades Mr. Woods and it had taken them more than a week from start to finish.

What was curious was how the location of their target would change erratically. There were times when the target's location would change many times over the course of one day alone.

It was not that hard for them to deduce that the one they were looking for probably had the ability to teleport to places at will.

Just this fact alone would prove to be challenging for the both of them. Nevertheless, both villains continued on their quest with great patience and will.

One would not don on the mantle of being a villain by being softhearted and weak.

"Yes. But i fear that we are walking directly into a trap." Mr. Jacobs replied. He was a thin tall man which directly contrasted to the hulking body of his partner Mr. Green.

The two was an odd pair indeed.

"You think so? We're in a fucking desert! Of course this will be a trap!" Mr. Green tapped his forehead in exasperation.

This was one trait that he did not like from his partner at all. Mr. Jacobs loved to state the obvious more than anything in the world.

It was funny at first but it has turned an annoying perk in the long run.

"Isn't that what i said, Mr. Green?" Mr. Jacobs shook his head in return.

If he had one thing to complain about his partner Mr. Green, it was that the big man had the amusing behavior of repeating what he had just said prior.

Over the course of their villainship, Mr. Jacobs had come to accept Mr. Green for what he was. He was far more complex than a huge dumb troll that everyone saw him to be.

"Welcome, dear visitors. I can tell that you have come far just to see me. I'm honored. The two of you shall make an outstanding tool in my hands."

A voice interrupted their conversation before Mr. Green could make a smart comeback to Mr. Jacobs' words. It did not take long for them to see a person in full black gear.

The Darth Vader suit has come to life once again in this fated day.

"So you're the bug that keeps on running around the place. I can't wait to smash your head with my fist." Mr. Green grinned an ugly one and charged without ado.

For strong players like them, words were meaningless at best. This was not the world of Naruto where talk no jutsu was op.

"BANG!" The ugly desert moved apart with the advent of one big powerful intruder on its midst.

Mr. Green was not only strong but he also packed incredible speed on his prodigious body which would make him a formidable opponent unto anyone that barred his path.

It was just unfortunate that he met our bored gamer today of all times.

"DING!"

"DING!"

"DING!" Clark evaded every charge with simple teleportation tricks that made him appear in and out from the scene.

Still, Mr. Green was not disheartened at all. He kept on coming and if one had a keen eye, one would notice that Mr. Green's speed was rising steadily with every passing breath.

Clark had of course found out of this interesting detail fast. A full minute later and two figures could barely be seen in this hellish place.

The only thing that marked their passage was the track of destruction that was happening almost instantaneously all over the place.

The desert sands exploded and rained down in the aftermath of the disturbance.

It was a masterpiece to look at simply because of the beautiful chaos that two combatants were creating. It was something rarely seen indeed.

"A hundred meters at your 6 o'clock." A soft comment tried to intrude on the raging pandemonium. This was of course no one else but Mr. Jacobs.

He did not remain as the sole audience of the battle but he was not freely partaking on it.

"BANG!" Mr. Green heeded the advice of his partner. He turned around and dashed wildly to the spot that he was told. What was amazing at this time was that his speed doubled at once.

"BANG!" A meteorite impact landed on site which made a hole that could cater to an entire spacecraft and more.

"A wise team effort. If you have met someone other than me, that person should have long been dead by that coordinated tactic by now." Our good gamer commended.

The surprise speed change was splendid but it became a futile attempt against him. His ability nullified that kind of attack.

"This is not good, Mr. Green. The target could not only change his position at will but he could also do the same thing to us." Mr. Jacobs observed.

Even at the grave danger they were in, there was no panic in his voice at all. He deduced quite frankly that they had almost no chance of returning back alive to report to their boss.

He could think of a couple of ways for them to die in the hands of their enemy. Just dropping them on hot blistering magma was an easy trick for one.

"So you are the smarter one of the two." Clark looked at the thin tall figure of Mr. Jacobs. It was clear that he prioritized smart opponents than dumb ones.

"DING!" Our bored gamer disappeared from view and materialized near Mr. Jacobs next. A second later, he was met by a quick punch to the temple.

Clark deflected the strike and countered with a punch of his own. This in turn was defended by Mr. Jacobs well. One could easily tell that both individuals were excellent close combat fighters.

"BANG!"

"BANG!"

"BANG!" The battle continued for a long long time.

Our avid gamer could have ended it by simply cutting the head of the two with his teleportation magic but alas, he needed them alive which made the task's difficulty to multiply to a couple of levels.

Still, Clark has all the time in the world today. He was not going anywhere at all.
