"This astralguard formation is fire based. While it deals a lot of damage, it probably isn't that good at defense!" the colorful-eyed, white-haired man in the Traceless concluded.
"Don't jump to a conclusion so quickly. We must be vigilant! Keep the reports constant and frequent!" the invisible figure said.
"Understood! The Star Hunters' ships maintained frequent communication, reporting everything at a moment's notice.
"We have to draw most of the formation's defensive capabilities down on us so our other brothers can pass through and put pressure on the controller of the formation. As for those of us outside the formation, make sure to let no ship escape! No matter who the controller of this formation is, he must be killed!"

The Star Hunters attacked in three waves. The first included the seven ether-class gear-saw ships, while the second involved the other skypiercer-class ships that spread out around the formation. Chatter and shock began spreading. Not far ahead of them were endless raging flames that congregated to form angry beasts of fire. Their roars shook the sky and earth. Many three-headed, six-armed beasts of flame manifested in front of the vanguard forces of the Star Hunters. Clad in armor made of pink flame, they looked like they were built for carnage. All of them were arranged in neat rows, their eyes exuding burning rage. The instant they spotted the Star Hunters, they roared in their direction before spitting flames at the ships, considerably rocking them! The Star Hunters within the vanguard flotilla felt a sense of unease.
"What in the world are those things?"

The three bosses' orders immediately soothed them through all the chaos.
