1207 Forgot To Go To Gym!
In less than 5 minutes, Ye Qian was already done with everything and by the time he gulped the glass of water after talking for so long so as to not seem suspicious, he was even handed the ID card by the lady herself while the secretary came to hand it over.
“Here is your ID.”
The guy seemed to be gritting his teeth as he handed the ID to Ye Qian while he sat before the lady.
But knowing that it was not the right place or the time, the guy could only gulp his irritation for Ye Qian as he walked out of the office.
Seeing her secretary leave, the lady shook her head and let out a sigh.
“Hope you don’t mind him, he is just a bit unnerving sometimes.”
“Haha, not at all, but I do wonder what I did to receive his ire?”
Ye Qian scratched the back of his head.
From what he could see, this lady and the secretary seemed to have a relationship.

“Umm that is hard to say, my nephew just thought that you are some nogo.”
“Ohh, that people often think about me.”
Ye Qian nodded while smiling wryly.
The secretary was her nephew.
“Alright, thanks for your hard work and personally giving your time for me, I should be leaving now.”
Saying that Ye Qian gave a now and walked out.
“SIGH, if Jhao was just a bit like him then things would have been much better.”
The lady sighed while shaking her head, she was indeed thinking about her nephew who was irritated with Ye Qian for no reason.
She didn’t know what was the relationship between Ye Qian and Han Xiaowen.
But it would definitely cause her nephew to lose his career if Ye Qian were to tell Han Xiaowen about this.
But with her experience with people’s nature, she couldn’t feel that Ye Qian was trying to act before her even now and was thinking of giving a good lesson to her nephew.
This nonetheless brought some relief to her as she was determined to scold her nephew after they went back.
She definitely could not allow him to remain like this.
If Ye Qian was even a bit hot-tempered then it would not be wrong to say that her nephew’s career would completely end right then and there.
There would obviously be no way for him in any other company either given the reason if the others were to ask him why he was forced out of Han Industries.
“If possible we might meet at the school.”
“Haha sure.”
Meanwhile, after saying goodbye to the receptionist lady, Ye Qian walked towards the lift.
Just as he was about to push the button to call the lift, Ye Qian’s brows raised high as he turned to the left side.
“What is here?”
He turned back to the receptionist and asked.
She looked in the direction in which Ye Qian had pointed his fingers and continued.
“Umm, the staircase that is rarely used, why do you ask, Mr Ye?”
“Rarely used...”
Ye Qian repeated with a frown as he stared at the closed door and shook his head after turning to the woman.
“No, nothing.”
He then urged.
“Can I use that, I skipped my gym today, it would be good to do some exercise on my way.”
The woman looked at him blankly not knowing what had come all of a sudden into this guy’s mind for him to ask something like that.
“Umm, maybe it won’t be a problem.”
She could only smile dryly and nod.
‘Either way, no one really uses this staircase, so no one would find it either.’
She thought before something came to her mind, she said to Ye Qian.
“Mr Ye, you should give it another thought, it’s more than 10 floors high.”
This was no joke, even though it was just climbing down, this was the whole 10 or more floors.
Just a few floors would be enough to tire a normal person.
And from what she could see, Ye Qian looked quite frail when compared to the NORMAL people whom she could imagine.
“No, it’s fine, in fact, this is nothing, a while ago I used to jump more than ten times this height.”
Ye Qian left to the door leaving the receptionist confused by his words.
“He used to jump ten times the height of ten floors?”
“Maybe I was hearing things, he was still far away so I didn’t hear his words clearly.”
She shrugged her shoulders before going back to her work.
She could see the door of the staircase being opened by him and then it shut again after he went in.
“He should still be able to reach it in maybe 5 or 6 minutes.”
She pursed her lips taking a look at the door.
Meanwhile, she didn’t know whatever she heard was indeed true, in his best condition, just a single jump of his would be enough to lift Ye Qian right from the ground to the highest floor of the tenth tallest building in the world.
As of now, after Ye Qian walked inside the staircase he frowned once again.
“I was not wrong, I really did feel the fireball charm nearby.”
Before he was about to call the elevator, Ye Qian suddenly sensed the small influx of Spiritual Energy that he had embedded inside the fireball charm that he had created that day.
And other than the two fireball charms that he had SOLD to Han Xiaowen according to him, the others were kept along with him since he didn’t want to give such hazardous charms to the little girls since they might harm themselves in using them.
Of the ones that he had sold to Han Xiaowen, one was with her while the other seemed to be with her elder sister.
Ye Qian had seen the woman during the press conference and had sensed the charm’s energy coming from her direction as well, and with Han Xiaowen and her looking so alike, he knew that they were SISTERS.
