As is sensing his presence, Little Qiqi reached her hand towards Ye Qian.
Before the little girl's hand could fall, Ye Qian reached his own out and held it gently.
"I am sorry Butterfly, I was not able to tell you a story today."
Ye Qian's words were very low.
But the little girl gave a low hum.
"Hmm."
"Alright, sleep now, I will make you a delicious breakfast tomorrow."
Ye Qian said while giving a light peck on the little girl's head.
A sweet smile appeared on the little girl's face as soon as his lips touched her head as she stopped turning and twisting on the bed.
In fact, one could even hear the very minute snoring sounds coming from the little girl's mouth.
A gentle smile appeared on Grandma Yan's face as she saw the scene.
But then a light flashed in her eyes as she glanced at the collar of the shirt that Ye Qian was wearing.
Her eyes squinted for a moment before Ye Qian stood up and reached towards Little Jia.
The little girl was also twisting and turning in her sleep like Little Qiqi.
Ye Qian gently stroked her head while giving her a peck on the head as well.

The little girl caught Ye Qian's hand as if not wanting to let it go.
Ye Qian smiled wryly but carefully released himself from her tiny grasp carefully while playing Feifei at the top of Little Jia's pillow.
He then did the same to Xiao Ya who was the grumpiest as the little girl caught hold of his arm with all of her limbs as a spider.
Ye Qian didn't know whether to laugh or cry at this situation and the same was for Grandma Yan and Grandpa Xiao as they stared at each other as if seeing something out of the world.
Although they could slightly understand the actions of Little Qiqi and Little Jia and would not have reacted much if Xiao Ya's reaction was also the same, but the little girl had clung herself to Ye Qian like a Koala not wanting to leave in the least.
Finally, with a little help from his mother, Ye Qian was able to get away from the gasp of this cute little Koala.
"Mom, Dad, you should also rest now, it's already late and it's good to sleep early for your health."
Meanwhile, as Ye Qian said such words, Grandma Yan stared daggers at him as if being a hypocrite.
"You don't have to remind this old mother of yours that she is getting old."
Grandma Yan harrumphed while sitting beside Little Qiqi while tucking the blanket on the little girls which was removed by their actions just now.
Ye Qian scratched the back of his head with an apologetic smile as he saw Ye Xiao nod and sit at the corner of the bed as well.
The bed in this room was almost the same size as that of the one which was in Ye Qian's room, so for the three little girls and the two adults, it was not in the least bit uncomfortable to sleep at all.
Just as Ye Qian had turned around and was about to switch the lights off and close the door of the room, he heard his mother's call.
"Little Qi!"
"Huh, mom?"
Ye Qian turned around with his brows raised.
Grandma Yan stood up and walked towards him.
"Do you want to tell me something?"
Ye Qian's eyes winded for a flash before he smiled wryly while scratching the back of his head and then continued with the same smile.
"Uhhh, mom, I will be going to work from tomorrow night, but I still have to report to the factory at tomorrow morning, so I will bring the girls along with me while I return."
Grandma Yan's lips pursed as if she didn't hear what she wanted to but still gave a light nod.
"Goodnight mom."
Ye Qian waved his hand and then shut the door lightly not making even the slightest sound.
