Tang Shaoyang opened the Communication System. The first thing he needed to do was to confirm his safety to the people of his empire. He did not know how long he stayed in the Void Realm, and he was not aware of the situation back there. He sent the message to Zhang Mengyao, explaining the situation and why he decided not to return.
