Chapter 120: The Choice Can Only Be Yours
Li Ran looked at Lin Nan with sadness in her eyes. Originally, she wanted to help, but things went completely awry. Now, she could not even feel the joy of reuniting with him.
‘This is all my fault.’
Lin Nan obviously understood how Li Ran was feeling. He smiled and said. “It’s okay. I got the drug. This will be enough.”

One of Lin Nan’s men ran up to him and said, “They had blown up the elevator. There’s no way we can use it.”
“F*ck! These people are such b*stards! Filthy scums!”
Yang Shao gritted his teeth and cursed.
Lin Nan frowned. Li Ran was just by his side. He lovingly comforted her.
The sight made Yang Shao feel like a third wheel. He glanced behind and saw one of the men saluting his dead comrade. Then, he carried the corpse along with him.
Yang Shao was curious.
“Are you guys soldiers? Why are two government organizations fighting among each other?”
The soldier looked at Yang Shao as if he was an idiot.
“They’re not under the government nor were they actual policemen.”
“Then who were they?”
“The American was originally under researcher Lin’s command. Anyway, are you alright?”
“Yea.”
Yang Shao scratched his head and replied.
“That’s good. Carry him. I need to go help researcher Lin.”
As he said that, the soldier handed his comrade’s corpse to Yang Shao. Then, he rushed over to the elevator.
It was a rather tragic scene.
The place was really dark. They could not afford to be reckless.
