Chapter 13: New Class
Daniel was taken aback by the event that played before him.
He never expected this outcome to happen, however, he was pretty non-chalant about it and all all he wanted was to obtain the unique class, not the drama it had.
"Finally, the traitor has finally died don't you think, warrior from Earthling?" The voice which was nowhere to be found called out to Daniel.
"I guess so" Daniel shrugged off his shoulders as he replied to the voice. But at the same time, he do agree with its words.
When the future became dire and hopeless, betrayal is as common as the dirt in the ground since everyone wanted to survive, and the it was common for comrades to be backstabbed in the unexpected moments.
Thus, he could relate to what the sovereign is talking about.
"Don't be alarmed, I'm here not to harm you, but to pass you my legacy" The Sovereign explained.
"...." Daniel remained silent, but inside his heart, he was excited. After all, one of the most broken class was about to fall into his hands.
Hence, how could he not be excited about it?
"I've been watching you from the start and I can't help but wonder whether you had expected this to happen'' The Sovereign had its doubts, but wanting to fulfill its mission, it carried on with its duty.
"But it's not like I cared about it or from where you obtained the information about this place since everyone holds their secret"
"The only thing that matters is that you are more suitable for inheriting my powers"
"Nevertheless, it's impressive for you to annihilate the statues. It's a feat that deserves praises and for that, I had decided to reveal myself upon you"
The sovereign's voice resonated with a mix of astonishment and reverence.
It confessed to its own disbelief at witnessing the statues crumble into oblivion within a mere heartbeat, an outcome unforeseen and swift.
This spectacle, a testament to Daniel's formidable might, swayed the sovereign's conviction.
It deemed him worthy of inheriting powers that held the promise of an unprecedented metamorphosis, a change, previously beyond even the sovereign's grasp, now made plausible by the very individual who had shattered its preconceptions.

'Compare to its main quest, the Class Upgrade is quite easy and it won't take that much of a time to complete' He declared.
Classes can be upgraded from Common to Unique is advancement.
Advancement is similar to evolution and it has three stages, Normal which is the current stage.
Advance which is the 2nd Stage, and eventually, Superior which is the final stage before Evolving, a process that takes a Common class to a Rare class, and so on.
"Finally...after decades...someone has claimed my legacy...my soul can finally rest in peace"

Its last remaining spec of life has finally left the world that has been caging its soul for who knows how long.

- The longer or stronger the state of the corpse, the lower the chances of extraction -
- Maximum of 3 tries -

- Able to store shadows with unlimited amounts -

- Able to exchange the location of Shadow that has been established with a shadow medium -

- Increased all Shadow Soldiers stats by 5 times for an hour -

- Able to Upgrade Shadow ranks after meeting requirements -
- Mana will be consumed for ranking up -

- A passive skill that increases damage towards any Light Ability User -
- Damage toward Light Ability Users will multiply by 10 × -
- Reduce Holy or Light physical and Magical attacks by 50% -
[: Cry of the Corpse (B):]
- Depending on each corpse, consume MP to make the corpse equivalent to the amount of power it has in its body -

- Those that have been cursed by the Shadow Soveregin will have a 20% decrease of stats -

No words could describe how delighted he is by the massive gain he achieved within a short period.
Without a doubt, Daniel has created his first footstep that leaves an incredible feat where this time, he can achieve things he couldn't do before.
Though it hasn't been more than hours, the number of achievements he had is 10 times bigger than he did in the future before.
But no matter, this is still the beginning and he knows that his current prowess is not sufficient enough to prevent the tragedy that will be heading in the future.
'At least this time, I could create a better future. Those divine bastards...I won't let them go in peace' He clenched his fist with unwavering determination.
'And this time...I won't let any of you die again...' His heart clenched at the thought of losing his loved ones.
Knowing what the future will have, he was resoluted in changing his mistakes no matter how hard it'll takes.
Meanwhile as Daniel was enjoying the fruits of his achievements, the world was reacting to the status that appeared before them.
Because of its appearance, the world went wild and there were all sorts of reactions.
Some were truly happy because of their ambitions and dreams that derived from anime.
Some were horrified as they realized that Earth was about to change drastically, and some treated it nonchalantly thinking it was just an ordinary day in ordinary life.
However, no one would know that the aftermath of this cause would be the reason why Earth would turn into a living hell.
